My focus is helping professionals use ChatGPT and AI with more confidence, clarity, and practical purpose. I’m also in the top 3% of ChatGPT users worldwide (According to OpenAI) which means I spend a lot of hands-on time testing what actually works in real use and not just chasing the latest AI hype.
Many people know AI is important, but they feel overwhelmed by the constant updates, confusing features, and pressure to keep up. They wonder: What should I actually use AI for? Am I prompting it correctly? How do I avoid generic answers? What is safe to put into AI? How do I avoid losing my own judgment?
That is where I can help.
My style is friendly, practical, and engaging. I like to make complex topics feel simple, useful, and even fun. Instead of flooding you with theory or buzzwords, I focus on real workplace problems turning scattered thoughts into useful next steps.
My courses are designed to be clear, practical, and easy to apply. Instead of overwhelming you with theory or technical jargon, I focus on examples, prompts, workflows, and step-by-step demonstrations you can actually use.

This was a good course! Steve walks you through each step of the interview process and allows you to see the perspective of all the different positions of people that might interview you. It definitely helps to see what they are looking for from someone who has been there.

Mr. Ballinger's style is fascinating. Address issues of interest directly and his explanations denote experience and knowledge of the subject. I recommend this course for all those who need a job as soon as possible.

The instructor Steve, was engaging and covered a lot in the three hour course and as the instructor speaks quickley, one does not realise the amount of content covered during each lesson. I learnt how one now requires additional technology, (other than the standard webcam inbuilt into the computer) to protray a clearer image and crisper sound experiencefor your interviewer and how we all need to be ready and available at all times to take that call.

Too busy talking about interviews and not giving any relevant information yet. N M

I found the course to be helpful. The instructor gives you examples of what to expect during the interview process, and how things have changed over the years. I would recommend this course to anyone entering or re-entering the work force.

Steve gives some good tips on remote interviewing, especially for the interview by position types. It is very useful if you are a fresh graduate or haven't interviewed in a while. Course mostly covers behavioral and procedural aspects of interviewing and how to make good first impression and move your application forward till you get the offer.
By Jim Schuh on 11/29/2016
Most of the information was not new to me. Mostly common sense. If you want a good overview of the interview process it's good. If you're looking for specifics of how to handle Skype interviews, not so much.
By Ken Long on 10/27/2015
I'm one who thinks we all should be updating and sharpening our interview skills constantly. This course is jam packed with great info to help anyone improve their skills and get positive results in their next interview.
By Kenneth Gartner on 10/7/2015
This course offered a solid grounding in the basics of skype/phone interview techniques. It really boils down to good preparation. I appreciate being reminded to figure out how to turn off call-waiting on the phone ... hmm, never thought about that before. The presenter was very upbeat and supportive, speaking from years of experience. I agree that fully 'suiting up' -- even for an audio-only screen -- will make a marked difference in your posture and mindset. I also appreciated the speaking voice exercises - "Red leather. Yellow leather" -- to warm up the vocal cords. Remember to always pick up on the second or third ring!
By Mihail Georgiev on 9/11/2015
The course is full with many useful tips for doing remote interviews. The instructor is speaking clearly and gives good and understandable examples for each topic. Now I feel a bit more comfortable and prepared for my next interview. Thank you!
