Instructor talks very fast. I am doing this course through my workplace to learn more about managing our server, however I think the first half where it's teaching you to set up a server is not practical for work training (unless I were working in that department)

Very good course, delivered what was described, and clear and to the point. I didn't know exactly what to expect coming into it, but I'm satisfied with the beginner level instruction provided which was well suited to my beginner status on this topic.

I am working on improving my skill set to get a better paying job. I have been in working in IT for 18 years. The instruction was very clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this course to anyone who is new to IT or is looking to refresh their skill set.

Didn't like the fact that some things are out of order and we are asked to do tasks before told how to do them in several places. But eventually we get there! Also, there wasn't much on what to do when things go wrong. Like my interface was configured incorrectly on the core installation and it took a bit of research and experimentaton to fix that.

Good match. Tired of needing my hand held, need to get this quickly...Paul's complete course still looks to expensive :) I bookmarked the page for now. If I get hired for the helpdesk job I'm targeting, I'll ask the employer to help offset the cost.

I how the lectures were short and a couple had exercises. I wish there would have been more in depth roles explained. But since this was for beginners I guess this is okay but I would really like to see the intermediate and advanced courses on server 2019.

Paul is a very good instructor. His style keeps me wanting to learn more in the next lession. While there is much that can yet be added to this course it's a good basic in Windows Server 2019 at this point and sure he will expand it more in the future.

It was a nice familiarization to Windows server 2019 and how to install the server VM on Virtual box. The instructor provided good information about the new server version. Good for beginners learning about Windows servers and AD. The only negative portion of this course is sometime the course turns a bit fuzzy in the slide show presentation. Overall good job!

Thus far? The course goes over the core of what to expect from the OS, while also presenting the information as if you will be testing for a certifiable exam. Once the course is fully complete, and no longer an intro? I am sure it will be a solid base and spring board for any able bodied learner to pursue a cert in the course material. Great job!

Excellent introduction video for installing and basic configuration of Windows Server 2019 (both Desktop experience and a Core version / PowerShell). Installing the features Domain controller and Active Directory are also covered.
