It was good, but it was very focused on specific processes that are not very useful for me and other topics had quite general information

Its alright and grasps a good coverage of IT fundamentals. The only problem is its outdated compared to other courses out there.

As someone who is brand new to the professional world of IT (but have been an avid pc user since I was a teen) this course is helping me jump into the more technical aspects while keeping it simple and straightforward.

Having minimal knowledge of Help Desk skills, this will be a huge help as I work to break into the IT world and secure a Help Desk position wherever possible.

I know this stuff. But often when we learn this procedure we come slowly to the right conclusion. But what Paul does here , even if it is an old course (about 10 years). same things apply today when working On-Prem. What I liked most about this lesson was that he explained the crucial step of first pinging Servername to get the IP, and then set the device your currently logged onto with your local windows account to your local DNS Servers Ip adress and then join the domain. If he would not have explained that step-by-step I am sure many administrators taking this course would have wondered why can't I join the domain. I know it's Ip address. Because many times ip administrators come to a setup for you environment and have no idea how things work and why. So this is deeply appreciated. Thank you!

No offense but in the future, you may want to consider selecting someone to record the training without an accent. There were times during the course it was difficult to understand Omar due to his heavy accent.

This is a great refresher course. As you begin to diversify within specialized IT you leave behind basic fundamentals this puts your feet back down again.

My experience was great and i learnt a lot. I was able to grasp a lot of what i knew and more of what i did not know. I also learnt how to take better care of my computer and how to troubleshoot it accurately and with other software that can help.

Course is a really good introduction to the IT Help desk. It has a lot of useful information to consider. I believe its content can be extended a little more on certain topics, sometimes you need to rewind a little, but Overall is a very good course
