At the end of the test, you will get an explanation for each question and explain why the correct answer is the right answer.

You can review each question and sort them by CC knowledge area, correct answers, wrong answers, skipped questions, and questions marked for review.

You should be able to pass your Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam using my courses IF you use it correctly.

This is the approach I use for all my studying, and it seems to work for the majority of my students.

  • Watch the entire video course, take notes, use the study guide, and answer the chapter questions.

  • Rewatch each video class at 1.5x – 2x speed, and take notes.

  • Do practice tests to find your weak areas, and restudy those, until you consistently hit 80%+ on all domains.

  • Rewatch the videos as needed to fill knowledge gaps.

You need to understand ALL the concepts, be able to explain them and be able to logic your way through convoluted exam questions.

You need to learn to deconstruct questions; what are they really asking here?

Do not worry if you spend 2-3 minutes on a question to begin with; just learn to deconstruct the question.

This course covers CC from A to Z. Thors course is straightforward and strategically designed to move you through each domain one section at a time. Thor does miss anything every inch of what you need to successfully understand the concepts of cybersecurity is in this course. I mean EVERYTHING. As you know that most of this concept are very complex, Thor breaks down the concepts in small bits of information at a time which made it easy for me to grasps the concepts. After taking this course I feel that I have grasped a full understanding of the concepts for each domain as opposed to just memorizing questions and answers. Anyone who is talking a CC class, studying for the exam, scheduled for an exam or re-taking an exam should get this course. I am doing a re-take and I am 100% sure that I will pass this time. I will go even further and say that if I knew about this course before I took the 1st exam I would have passed it. Lastly if you have already scheduled your exam and you just started this course I would suggest pushing your exam date back so that you can get the full benefit of this course. Sorry one more thing. There are tons of study guides and material available. There are mind mapping documents that are super amazing and helpful. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Thanks Thor for putting so much time and effort into this course. I have recommended this course to several of my classmates and they are very pleased with the course.

Super helpful question set and extremely useful for getting into the ISC2 style of questions before my exam - definitely contributed greatly to passing the exam. My only very slight complaint would be the difficulty in reading the answer explanation paragraphs, a bit of whitespace and making the wording more concise would go a long way in improving the readability.

By Michael Barenberg on 5/13/2024

I've read a lot of reviews of this course that say these questions are harder than what was on the exam. Maybe so. But I just finished the exam (and passed), and I have to say I found these questions to be about on par. There were also some things I saw on the exam that I don't think were covered by these questions at all, but really, if you can do 80%+ on these exams, and you understand the concepts you're being tested on, you're probably in good shape.

By Daya Singh on 4/30/2024

Course was comprehensive and matched the type of questionnaire of the actual exam, very much similar to it. Very flexible and versatile. Allowed me to retake any exam set any number of times, provided comprehensive explanation on each wrong answer. Amazing content! Now it's up to me to remember my mistakes and pass the exam.

By Monica Ortiz on 4/26/2024

I just passed the exam, these are harder than the real thing but they're better than the ISC2 questions, like a lot of people said there are some spelling/grammar errors and even incomplete questions (i.e., how to secure the perimeter, but which perimeter?), try to read the questions twice to really get to the bottom of what's being asked. I think if you get to 70% you're good to go for the exam

Good supplement for the Complete Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) beginners course ISC2 - 2024 by Thor Pedersen. Questions are a lot tougher than the content included in the full course which will help hone your understanding and better prepare you for the exam. I only had two frustrations: 1. Possible answers can be phrased similarly/mean the same thing/be just as applicable to another option which makes it difficult to determine which answer is actually correct. The review of questions and answers explains why one answer was better over another though. 2. In the review section there is no formatting in the answer explanations which makes it hard to quickly find why your answer was wrong. These are not deal breakers. More nitpicks. I strongly recommend including these questions in your CC study plan.

It is good way to review your understanding of the topic. Many question are tricky and confusing, reading the question twice helps. Most important is explanation after finishing the test that helps a lot and prepares for the exam. Going to write the exam in two days, completed all test above 85%, let see how it helps me in exam... will post my remark after the exam

By Callum Ting on 2/3/2024

Pass the CC exam today. I would say these sets of exam practices are price to value for familiarizing the format in the real exam. Obtaining around 70% of correctness in all 6 sets of practices is sufficient to pass the exam. Frankly speaking, some of Thor's questions are challenging than the real exam. The key to success is to clear the confused or similar concepts.

By Adorján Németh on 1/18/2024

There are proper explanation for every possible answers, even incorrect ones. Edit: After a successful exam I can tell you these are amazing tests. I was able to learn a lot from these, even my mistakes were helpful. Don't forget to check your incorrect answers, there are a lot to learn from the explanations!! To be really honest some of these questions are harder than the ones in the exam, closer to CISSP level. So if you are able to achieve a constant >70% on these you are good to go. These tests are hard, but great. Thank you Thor!

By Shuja Abbas on 10/1/2023

These Practice tests are really helpful, if you are going to take real CC exam... Do practice, practice and more practice until you are fully confident enough. Point to remember: Read all the Explanations of each answers that gives you more visibility and understanding of the topic. I really appreciate your work, Thor! "I am going to take CC exam in the last week of this month of October. I will reply here with the result, soon." Thanks!
