- Great Material - This course is a great reference and way to refresh your skills for the new A+ exam! I needed a good refresh before taking the exam and this course is clearly laid out and copiously covers the material for the exam. Great course, well worth the money! -- M.B.
- Perfect Course - Not only do you get great lectures that are pretty much PowerPoints with an instructor teaching you the concepts, there are also Demo lectures that show you how each of the concepts works in real life. This is such valuable information to have when taking the test. I feel very confident that this course is the best course on Udemy. -- D.R. Jr.
- A Complete Jumpstart - What has impressed me the most is the depth of the content to this coarse. Each HD video is crystal clear in both the visual and audio, even including quality closed captioning (great for reading along with the lectures). I wasn't interested in the flashcards or the crossword puzzles when I started the program, but I've found them to be very useful in staying engaged in the class when away from home. This is everything you need to get started and have a classroom quality experience from home. Dive in and stay focused! -- P.C.

The instructor's speech needs to be a little more polished, less hesitant/stumbling, and there needs to be some EXTREME close-ups during some parts, particularly on connectors, etc.

I thought this was a very informative course, the instructor is very knowledgeable and explains in a pace someone new to the subject can follow. The quizzes make it easy for you to see what you need to review.

It is a great course. I love it. It would have been great if concrete examples are added for each information the instructor is providing.

This is just the first part of the 6 courses and introduces in a pragmatic way the basic professional knowledge about personal computer that I have met in the last 20 years during system administration. If you operate a larger PC machine park, proper professional training and quick troubleshooting will be inevitable. I recommend it to everyone to start or repeat knowledge and I will be happy to start course 2.

As with all of the videos this user has made, the tests are inconsistent, and often times display the wrong answer which can confuse those who are new to the topic.

The instructor is awesome. He take his time to speak. He knows his material and very informative. Videos quality are Excellent. And the class room set up is on point. I am glad I enrolled in his class... I will go back and listen to the lecture’s again to strengthen my knowledge and double check what I have learned from him. Thank you for empowering me.

In several of the A+ modules I have encountered quiz and/or test questions that contradicted themselves... ex: a true/false question requires a "false" answer to be correct, but then displays the "Congratulations!" message and says that the answer is true.
