Overall was great. Precise and to the point. There is an opportunity to improve on some of the slides, documentation (Ex package 19 has file called PPP but it's something else and the actual PPP is missing). Additionally, to be able to see examples being worked out is easier to follow (this same module is perfect example) when speaking about EVM. Visuals in these cases would be ideal!

This course was really helpful. it covers most of the aspects of agile methodology. Also it talks about planning, estimation, soft skills etc required in day-to-day activities which should be adopted by not just SMs or Product owners but each individual in the team. Ideally most things are common sense, its just you dont think about it and try multiple complex things which make the team culture unhealthy at times. "Simple and fair communication is best"

First, I gave this course 4.5. Then I compared it to other courses and came back to give a solid 5. That was 8 months ago. Now I have my PMI-ACP and I can tell, that a lot of non-obvious things are left out. For instance, the course only scratches the surface of XP. Pity. Also, INVEST is served as exclusively XP thing. And spikes are never mentioned. To wrap it up, the info is a good, valuable and thorough, but the structure needs some reworking.

I thought the course was very informative I liked the way the topics were broken down into small digestible sizes. However I thought the presenter could have gone a little slower when discussing the topics, I felt the speed a which the course was delivered increased as the course progressed. There are a few mistakes but overall the course is one of the better courses on Udemy.

The course material so far has been very clear and concise. Clearly stating differences between traditional and agile project management practices. However, some topics need examples. For e.g. - Agile Project Manager roles and responsibilities - If agile teams are self-organized, whey do they need a manager at all ? These should be explained in detail with examples. Some of the topics were not fully covered. 'The metrics' used for agile projects could have been explained in detail because it will be used by Project managers a lot.

I am totally convinced that thisi course is useful, having or not knowledge in the PMBOK processes. I think if you don't have them, this course will facilitate to learn and UNDERSTAND faster the processes, plus value of the AGILE manner to manage projects. I am completelly fascinated!

I liked it and I have reinforced of my own knowledge also I learned so much things from this course. I would to thank you for this course. Nice course but in this course could be include more visual examples than the current examples. I mean visual examples with Product BackLog, UserStory, Information Radiator (From real life samples or visual samples)

This course is pretty much exactly what I was looking for, something that could get my foot in the door for project management. I was a little stunned by the breadth of the knowledge required to be in project management, and I expected a lot. I can see that this course is only a springboard, but I feel like I've learned an immense amount in a short time. I've been developing software for many years, and its only recently that I've thought that I might be able to move into this role. I am looking forward to getting my CSM. The content covered, as I mentioned, was very large, and that's clearly what was needed. I always like more equations, and they could have gone deeper into the math, but they give you enough to go and learn the math on your own. Topics like Value Added Mapping could have courses all on their own. Really a bravuro effort, I thank you all so much.

After completing all available lectures within this course material, I can say that I am impressed with the material covered. The downloadable material adds to the video training content. I'm very impressed with the information presented regarding Agile Project Management. It helps solidify what I already know but I also appreciate how all the information is being presented both generically to all approaches of Agile as well as when necessary being specific to certain approaches of Agile. Very good overall. I like the touch points that are made with more traditional project management methodologies like Waterfall as it assists with my own experience and adaptability. I was therefore able to relate and understand the concepts. My recommendation is that there be perhaps at the conclusion one full course/lecture dedicated to the various Agile meetings, in other words a working model of a daily standup/daily scrum, a restrospective, an actual meeting with the product owner and working the product backlog, how items are prioritized, how items are moved from the product backlog to the sprint backlog, how they are perhaps reworked or scheduled then using the KANBAN techniques. A demonstration of this would go a long way to seeing the actual theory in action (even though there are quite a number of demonstrations) - one overall concluding one showing it in practice would be massive from a learning perspective. Overall, a great course I thoroughly enjoyed.

The pace is nice and I am learning a lot. However there are some annoying technical mistakes in the videos that are distracting to me. Also in the Section 7 one of the videos is repeated and i think one of the videos is missing. Final Assessment: There are a lot of distracting technical errors in the videos. And the chapters with charts don't show the charts. However there is a lot of good information in the course
