The course was good overall and included some examples to better understand a point or lecture. The instructors are good, I liked the most the first instructor that appeared in the videos. I believe that the material could be shortened and summarized as there a lectures that are very similar.

Within purchasing this class, I watched 10 videos of it and have learned a great many things about different leadership styles, how teams should work together, and other great tools. The speaker is great, moves the video along at a good pace and helps explain things incisively. A great tool for any person who moves into a management position. I wish I had these videos back when I moved into management 3 years ago !

As a first time manager this course has helped to reinforce ideas and techniques that I was already starting to develop. It has also given me plenty of food for thought on how to further improve the development of my team and how we operate within organization. A bit light at times but contains good info!
