The idea of STRESS analysis is helpful. However, the sounds of the wind and the creaking in the background were just too much for me to maintain my attention on the right thing. (Sound sensory issues with major misophonia.) The camera moving was also distracting, but I was able to look away from the screen, so that was a lesser annoyance.

It is important to me that people who think and process in an unconventional manner are given practical support, guidance, and that these approaches are seen not as weaknesses, but as pathways to empowerment, productivity, and the ability to contribute more to others, in addition to living a healthier, more fulfilled life by being intentionally kind to and supportive of yourself and your own capacity.

Very easy simple tips to think and follow. Doable ones, and the codence needs to be developped. It is empathetic and not pushy too

I got so much more from this course than I thought I would. It had an easy to understand delivery with practical helpful steps. Highly recommend!

I love all the tips and tricks she shared. For someone struggling with ADHD but trying not to take meds, the management techniques taught in this course are simple to digest and easy to do. There were a lot of "Aha" moments. I love how she delivered the strategies in an easy to understand and fun way, not boring at all. I find this course very helpful! I can't wait to apply these in my life. But I did not give 5 stars because of the way the course was filmed. The video is very distracting (the camera was unsteady, there were many things going on in the background sometimes, etc.), so I didn't watch, I just listened to it like a podcast instead. The audio wasn't great, sometimes because you can hear background noises (like the wind blowing, etc.). And she talks fast, not sure if she sped up her audio, anyway, I adjusted the audio speed to 0.75.

Will have to follow up at later date with results but for now the course absolutely nailed how things go awry or get put off indefinitely despite not being too lazy to do them. I laughed a bit too at how precise your description of how inquisitive the ADHD mind it and how it craves knowledge. Yup, even dust can be fascinating enough to someone with ADHD to be a distraction and a topic for conversation. The explanations and tips all seem to be bang on. Thanks for doing this.

It was good (especially if someone were a beginner - I have already used most of the suggestions over the years) and I loved the environment it was filmed in! I think it would be good to have a bit more explanation and/or examples of what to watch for with things like dopamine highs and lows, acceptable fidgets in quiet environments (like school, work, and church), helpful rituals, etc. The workbook really helped a bit. Some of it was just too open-ended for my extremely ADHD brain..! lol Thank you for having this out there for ADHD newbies! :)

Excellent insights and tips for students in school or life-time learners. Wish I had these strategies growing up. I recommend watching all of Alina’s videos

All of this information was extremely useful. Some of these things I was already doing without knowing that they were helpful, but this course helped me to use them in a more constructive manner. The STRESS chapter is probably one of my favorites. I personally love problem solving, and can get quite frustrated with myself for not accomplishing tasks.
