Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 Tutorial (Udemy.com)

I have no experience with light room .....I am familiar with Photoshop and use it now. I have about 10,000 pictures(files) which are in one folder on my desktop, and know I must get them into the light room. I am 85 years old , mentally agile and have a strong education. I want to get my files into light room and I want to learn how to improve them with light room.

So far like the instructors speed and comprehension.

I would definitely recommend this course. It's very thorough, covers pretty much everything you could need to learn about Lightroom, and uses practical real world examples.

I'm glad that I finished this, really a lot of information. Great for beginner to understand how to use lightroom, all the settings and Andy is really funny too. I love his style.

Somehow it all makes sense ... now the trick is to implement some of this information and make my photos better.

I have been using Lightroom for at least a couple of years competently enough, but I knew that I could definitely use a few tips to improve efficiency and shed light on small mysteries. This is a treasure-trove of precious information. I am quickly letting go of bad habits and taking up new, good ones. Clear, logical course structure and thorough in-depth explanations that never bore you even when you do know the subject already – there's always one little secret to discover. Excellent in depth presentation of Abode Photoshop Lightroom 4. The course not only teaches you how to organize your photographs in logical and efficient ways but more importantly demonstrates why you should spent the time going back through all your photo folders, discs, external hard drives etc.. to properly define collections, keywords, tags, ratings and color coding. I contained my impatience to jump directly into the develop module and now I can find any photo quickly. The instructor knows the software and knows how to teach us the ins and outs of this excellent program.
