Advanced C Programming Course (Udemy.com)

Awesome course! I have taken the first C programming course and after this one, I am very confident with the C programming language. This course is great for building upon the fundamentals while learning advanced techniques and concepts in programming.

Great course. It has many topics that are not covered in many books or other courses. libraries, preprocessors are explained in detail. I liked the part where the instructor uses CLI to run the code. Makes you understand things a lot. I wish it had a section on makefile too.

This instructor is great; I took his previous C course and I was really looking forward to taking this one. Thank you for the work you put out there and making knwoledge available to others.

I used this course to brush up on the C language. It's a complete course, meaning that it covers almost all the language aspects, but I found it a little clumsy, lacking in substance. I can summarize it with some pros and cons in order of importance: - Enough complete courses. - Annoying slides and voice tone. - Well-prepared teacher. - Lack of complete and deep code samples; they are just showcases of feature usages. - Code samples are not available for the download. I can't consider it an advanced resource. If you are a beginner or intermediate programmer, it can be a valid starter course for C only if you don't get bored easily.

First of all Thank you Jason for providing this valuable course content, This course covers lot of things in details related to C Programming and Challenges were nice for practice those concepts. One small feedback I would like to give is that even though we can create short notes through Notes tab here but it would be better if we could get the pdf's for the course content slides.

Great Course!!! the only thing to improve is the last three course subjects. They are vey important nowadays and they need more time to be well explained. I courage to make a course of threads and networking.

I really enjoyed this course! It has a lot of useful information and it can make you a better programmer and to get you know with lots of advanced concepts. Sometimes the code demonstrations are a little bit misorganized and hard to follow but in most cases you'd understand the code quickly. I wish the code demonstartions and the explanations in the videos would be more gradual so I wouldn't have to repeat the videos - to understand. With all of those, I really suggest this course to everyone who wants to improve his c-skills because I have never seen such a comprehensive course in Udemy - especially in c language where most of the intermediate courses focus on only one, or few topics. I wish luck to everyone who is doing the course. Thanks for all!

I finished this course, as well as his beginner C programming course over the past year. After 52 hours of Mr. Fedin video lectures and doing the coding projects, I went from knowing nothing, to being fully literate in the C language. I can pretty much look at any source code now and have a rough idea of what it says, what it does, and the role it likely plays in a larger application. Also, as a side effect of Mr. Fedin's class I learned about: - Bash - Some of the more arcane details/aspects of gcc and ld commands - Gained a primitive understanding of x86-64 assembly - Learned that IPC is a vast topic - Really nailed down the programming workflow that I personally prefer, all the settings/extensions etc I like. (vscode, vim, linux terminal) - I can understand and converse with other nerds about computers in a richer and more meaningful way (tech literacy). Probably one of the most unexpectedly enjoyable outcomes of the class. TLDR: Great course, I'm glad I bought it. Changed my life, I learned a mountain of new stuff and I'm thankful.

I am very glad I have came by this course. Thank you, Jason, for effort you put into it. You are a talented teacher and it was a blast learning by you. Though I wished some sections went into more depth, I have learned quite a bit. Hope you make a part 3!
