There's good material. The scrum training I've done in the past would have been clearer with more comparison between traditional project management and agile. I think its useful to think about what qualities tradition project has, carefully calculated cost and schedule. Agile project, rather than cost and time as the top priority, more emphasis on value to the customer. While agile project still has cost and time schedule, they have greater uncertainty due to the way agile works. Having said that, most the material has slides dated 2018, so I don't know if there are any gaps given the year is 2025

This course offers a fantastic insight into combining the best of Agile and traditional project management methodologies. As someone experienced in both areas, I found the content practical and well-organized. The course effectively highlights how to blend the flexibility of Agile with the structure of traditional methods, making it perfect for managing diverse projects with varying scopes and timelines.

Excellent coverage of what Agile methodology is all about. The analogy between the revolution in the TQM arena in the 80s and the revolution in project management arena is succinctly captured. The last section comparing PMBOX and Agile may need some updates (I am writing this in 2024). However, the entire content is really useful. Highly recommended.

Overall valuable course. Good - Has 1080p videos. Good - Consistent volume levels. Good - Clear audio quality. Good - Vocal speed fast enough at 2x. Improve - Include transcripts. Improve - Include captions. Improve - Include single PDF of course notes slides. Improve - Include single zip download of all resources. Good - Quizzes paced nicely. Improve - Quizzes can sometimes be too long. Good - Minimal visual/audio distracting gimmicks. Good - Minimal reading material (uses video to cover most topics). Improve - Reduce intros/outros to reduce time waste. Improve - Intros/Outros do not provide enough substance/value.

This course is well structured and designed a good logical flow to easily understand around the Agile. I also got a good insight on the software development basics. I found this course is very useful and at the right level for me. Recommended!

By Ashwini Yelne on 9/27/2020

Too much theory and a monotonous dialogue to explain details. Could have included animation or simple pictures to explain context and break monotony. However, the concepts were explained in detail, there could be more examples and less theory.

By Eddie L. Bland on 9/14/2020

Great information, organization, and flow.

By Gert M Mentz on 9/13/2020

Very good. Disconnect however between voice and when items appear on the slides.

By Md Shamshad Shaique on 9/9/2020

Informative and great to learn

By Greg H Jones on 9/2/2020

I've been a PM for over 25 years. Waterfall and Agile. This is the best synthesis of the two approaches I've ever encountered. Well done

By Mario Italo Contreras Casassa on 9/1/2020

at the beggining i thought that the course were too boring or superficially, but now i'm in the middle, is getting better and better.

By Marco Casarano on 8/21/2020

These courses continue to deliver on what they promise and exceed my expectations. I find the instruction easy to understand, the modules delivered in a logical flow, and plenty of short quizzes to validate my understanding.
