I really enjoyed this course! It’s well structured, with clear and engaging videos. The animations make the concepts easy to understand, and the content is practical and to the point. Great for anyone who wants to improve their Agile retrospectives and continuous improvement mindset.

Because I am working as lead or Global process, and this topic is very important implemented in my team and in others team to follow up some activities that need to be done in a short time that help to continue with the rest of the activities of the projec with different priority or these can follow up in the agenda of project. When I need support for another department or the team. It is very helpful to know what the objective of this meeting, in few times resolve some request or solution of issues in projects o production issues too with help of the team.

The course provided clear explanations and valuable tips for conducting retrospectives, helping me gather new techniques and understand how to structure effective retrospectives, which are crucial for future improvement in my complex backend team.

I work as IT BA and love the content of this course. It helps me understand the way to do retrospective even though I'm not the Scrum Master in my team. Retrospective can be important for future improvement especially for me that working in complex backend team that deals with hundreds of problems on daily basis

By Gregory F. Woods on 11/11/2022

Overall good content. Solid tips. The challenge was that watching someone in all black on a flat white background was difficult to maintain attention and focus. Using the phrase "let me explain the concept" and closing with "in summary" for every concept was repetitive. I would recommend watching this video in smaller increments as opposed to all at once as I did.

By Viken Attarian on 4/5/2019

Loved the 3-step per tip approach, Intro+Concept Explanation+Summary. A great tool that will be used over and over again. I think I'll come back to it regularly to remember them until they are all internalized. Thanks Paul.

By Cassandra Myer on 2/5/2019

Course was pretty good. Basically it is tips about how to manage a successful retrospective. I found it a bit off-putting that some of the basic concepts were from some other class, with an obviously different instructor.

By Rajesh Maliger Manjunatha on 12/4/2018

Initially my impression about Retrospective is 'Retrospective is just about asking What went well and What Could be Improved', It's still the same however the Instructor has explained many concepts which will definitely help us in improving our retrospective ceremony and bring value to the project. Thanks for the great course!

By Anonymized User on 10/15/2018

I didn't finish. The class had some good information and the instructor was a decent speaker, it was just him standing against a white background with very few visuals. I found myself not paying attention. I think there needs to be more variety in the presentation.

By Zane Merton on 1/10/2017

Dear Paul, I enjoyed the course and I found it informative, hence the 4 start rating that I gave it. In order for it to get a 5 star rating I would like to see in-depth explanation of retrospective activities that appear in books such as Diana Larsen and Esther Derby's (Agile Retrospectives, making good teams great, Lyssa Adkins 'Coaching Agile teams" and Ben Linders "Getting value out of agile retrospectives". It might also be a good idea to list some common anti-patterns that you have experienced and how you overcame them. Thank you for a well-presented course. Regards Zane
