Almost all course was good, but i think are a little bit old, some product now are deprecated, specially the front end of kubernetes, So you need take the time for update the course, specially over application deployment section, and connot still use the kuebernetes UI for show how works and run the pods.

Nice tutorial on EKS. my take way was, how to employ EFS ( storage ) in Kubernetes and role and role binding and how to update the aws-auth Configmap. I was expecting that Paulo to teach how to build the EKS Cluster but that it wasn't the case and some one else was teaching it in this course to my disappointment. but overall, it is a great tutorial and I love Paulo's teaching style.

An excellent course that explains everything that's needed to set up EKS clusters and deploy pods to them. I had prior knowledge on AWS and Kubernetes, but this course really helped me to bridge both of them together in a meaningful way.

Well Done on this course! Found the succint theory and exntesive hands-on demos really useful to fill the gap betn CNCF K8 and AWS EKS. Tricky to rate since EKS/ K8 has moved on from v1.14 to v1.19++ now, with newer changes on eks, cluster setup, helm and addons. Following the EKS config setup in videos didnt always work as advertised (course just needs update). On the plus side I learnt a lot by working it out from additional reading on the referenced eks & k8 sites (course doesnt teach K8 so u need to know basics). Overall a really useful course if you know CNCF and want to learn EKS to have AWS manage the control plane while you deploy workloads on EC2 and/or Fargate.

As my own perspective about this course: 1 Content are pretty step by step 2 Comprehensive cover EKS =>Fargate 3 QA reply speed are bad 4 some video since record multiple time ex:ch4-12 vs ch11-43 the EC2 Node are Not match. Overall it acceptable but still some part of material need to improve "consistency". Otherwise it hard to walk through the course ASAP and smoothly.

Undoubtedly a great course. It is bit advanced course indeed. I am thankful to Gerd Koenig and Stephane Maarek for such nice explanations. Difficult topics like Stateful Sets and EBS, they explained in a great way. Really worthy course and it is very much Industry specific I believe. It will help everyone whoever wants to pursue their career in AWS Cloud domain. Just a small request. It would be great to include the PPT and transcript as well along with the whole content. It helps to keep notes and concepts for the future.
