all his videos seem to be just lectures without hands on. His videos display text of what he is talking about but not actual interaction with the instructor.

Not in depth. This course is probably just an overview of Android. But not the right course for people who want to start writing code for Android.
The course does not cover the latest Android versions. This information should have been made public to students before enrolling the course!!!
I got lost to be honest. Got to lecture 7 or so and he start talking about using a program and clicking stuff but no where I can find a link or reference to it on any of the previous lectures.
The topic flow is inconsistent. Generally superficial. The worst of all is that the resources specified in the exercises do not seem to be available.
