Course Description

User's will be able to sign up for an account, Log in, then start posting status update as well as viewing other user's updates in a Listview. Download the App. Live Update.

Good intro on android for a basic CRUD app. Nice just as a followalong without much explaining on how things work. However after the first half not much new concepts were introduced and just sort of repeated the same ideas.

Just needed to be cleaner in general with video editing and dialog. Some of the lessons were labeled incorrectly. The instructor mentioned the lesson topic, but then went on another topic. Useful for me considering I am porting a personal iOS app to Android and needed a brief tutorial on Parse and Android. Instructor should have more use cases beyond just handling text, such as handling an image from Parse.

One of the best course for complete app development using parse server. Please share more course like this. It will be very helpful if you make flutter app development courses using parse server. Thanks

Great. I really needed to learn about Android Studio and Parse, as I am trying to port something over to Firebase, but am unable to experiment with Parse, since I came to Parse in 2016.

I really enjoyed this course. It was very information as i am building an app that requires Parse. The instructor was very pleasant, and spoke at a great speed. Thank you :) I did have a problem at the end of the tutorial, but i put a question on the boards.

the course is great if seen at the point of time it was created. But now Parse and Android studio have moved way further and Parse has stopped taking new signups and will be shutting down next year. Suggestions: 1- Use presentation mode, the code looks much more clear. 2- Probably not play with the application when not recording it, added list items might cause confusion

Awesome course, quality material covered in a very explainable manner. I was looking for something teaching to play with data from user , Ronny showed it like a pro.

The course is very good in content. The app is actually very nice and the instructor covers a lot of things actual developers usually need. But as it lacks the explanation on how to integrate Parse with Android Studio, im keeping a star for myself.

I am new to Android development (though I am an experience developer) and this course taught me some valuable Android topics, I recommend anyone who's interested in Android app development to take this course. Oh, and it's free of charge :) Thanks Ronny!
