The explanation in words is long. Adding visual explanations such as videos and pictures may improve understanding.

The course is an eye opener and I have to introspect and give myself honest feedback of how I have been treated but most importantly a deep stick of how I have been treating others. It is evident(my observation) that we do not know the thin line between bullying and office conflicts. eg, a leader who shouts and swears at staff is perceived differently as opposed to one who does the same with a lowered soft voice.

This course was very good for me because I did not understand a lot of things that I have long wanted clarity on and had no one to ask. It has answered all my questions.

This was good advice to me unfortunately my bully left before I could report him and I didn't know I could report my bullying situation, but now I'm better equipped for the future thank you.
By Baile Corrigan on 2/4/2024
Very helpful and practical. Really useful definition of bullying - physical, verbal and manipulation. Appreciated the reporting templates and the how to guide for documenting incidents.
