This was an exceptional course. The section on risk was particularly helpful. Risk and contingency planning are crucial in any project, and you did an excellent job covering these topics. I appreciated the hands-on application of the risk register, which you simplified brilliantly. The idea that risk responses and risk management are their own mini-projects resonated with me. It's true that there are numerous mini-projects or “sub-projects” within our main projects, and I often think about this. Hearing your perspective on it was very great! Effective communication is vital, and your communication plan example was both practical and insightful. I also enjoyed the section on assessing change in projects. Maintaining a list of change requests is a great tool; this reminder was very useful. Emphasizing that change is a learning opportunity was also excellent. The section on continuous improvement and lessons learned was an especially valuable refresher. It highlighted the importance of not overlooking the areas of learning and development from our mistakes in projects and improving upon what we accomplished or did not accomplish. This was also a fantastic reminder. The course is packed with helpful and applicable information delivered concisely. I recommend it to new and experienced project managers who need a clear, up-to-date refresher on current trends and industry standards. Thank you very much for this great course; I am always pleased with the courses you put together, and I have learned a great deal from what you teach.
