This was really helpful. I learned how to do things that seemed simple, but weren't at first. Todd is great at explaining how to do things and it was really easy to follow along. I would highly recommend this as one free online course if you want to learn some essential computer skills.

Not a bad match, however I learned even more that online learning would not be for me as I strongly prefer the structure and live atmosphere of the classroom as I feel I would learn better in the physical environment of a live teacher and other students.

I had a little difficulty because you use window 7 and i have window 11 (not my choice) Microsoft updated automatically, but i finely got it except the blackboard. i assumed if i enrolled the class i should see it?, otherwise i have to use email or word ??? Thank you very very much!!!

at first i didnt know what to expect being this is my first course ever taking but i learned some stuff aced all my quizes and i didnt even cheat lol good instructor liked his energy and am looking forward to his future courses especially heartmindway.com

I loved the course.But no completion certificate,and at the beginning of the course he dragged on and on about the same thing,that I was saying omg get on with it.

Although there was a lot in this course that I already knew, I was surprised by how much I learned as well. I would recommend the course so that you can go through Todd's Hands-On Skills and Communications Sections to get some really basic information about keyboard commands/shortcuts and E-mail. This is a great course! This course covers computer essentials, plus the skills needed to do well with online learning. Highly recommended for every college freshman just starting out, but also for anyone at any age setting out to learn something new through online learning. Thanks Todd!

Delivery and content were great! However a few videos had incomplete audio. I was also thinking that Lecture 24 would have more info on goal setting and making rather than a video of an assignment required for those who were taking this course at Fresno. That would be my only suggestion. I think replacing it with a video that describes a little more of the goal making/setting process would be extremely helpful to all taking this course. It did have some great info on what to expect and how to succeed as an online student. Though I'm not a novice at computer skills the bulk of the class was very helpful. Thanks for taking the time to post this Todd and for the work you've put into educating others!
