somethings are missing in the course. According to my self, this course is not worthy as per the rating or instructor is not for good enough.

Lot of information explained in detail. The added extra videos and pdf documents give more reading material and provides better understanding of the subject.

The course covers most of the processes and tools used in the UX activities. I'm a little disappointed that some of the material is outsourced from PDFs instead of having videos with examples, such as Service Design.

The course content feels a little outdated as far as resources are concerned. Also, some of what is being talked about was not relatable. But the instructor is highly knowledgeable and delivers the content well.

This will not teach you anything new or anything you already know, and most of the knowledge he claims to have is false, outdated and borrowed from other people's concept.To give you an idea of how much knowledge of other people he uses; most of the resources are videos, talks, lectures and articles other people wrote and he just shows how he creates a gant chart of how to structure these things.In short, absolutely horrible and dangerous ux processes that have nothing to do with the creative process, only to give you form-like excercises that you have to fill in order to be a "UX strategist consultant".Nobody ever became an expert by bluntly copying and pasting other people's practices, so don't follow this guy. He's full of it

So far its kind of General and not much UX or even strategy-specific advice. We will see... I just started so maybe it will get more specifically into UX? Also, your keyboard tray is covering the buttons to continue w/ no way to get out except scrolling up to the previous question and changing my answer to get rid of the keyboard tray. Another course did this too. Needs to be fixed!

Broken links, the course need an update

Information in this course is very much beginner. The accent of the lecturer is difficult to follow. The graphics and slides used is horrible and looks like they were put together in an afternoon. A much better user experience design could have been implemented - seeing as this is a UX (User experience!!) course!

Thank you! This course helped me to understand the wider span of time-managing in a UX Project. Mariano is very outgoing and gives many practical tools and examples, with a methodological approach. I caught myself smiling throughout the course, his native accent reminded me of Antonio Banderases Puss in boots ;)
