Maximilian Schwarzmüller of Academind gives the quickest tour of Claude Code’s features: 54 lectures, about 3.2 hours, from core commands and context engineering to subagents, skills, MCP servers, hooks, plugins and Plan Mode, then remote and desktop use. It assumes you already write code and have a Claude Code subscription. Reviewers like the pace, and a few say the first lessons showed them they had been using the tool the wrong way. The complaints are about depth: little on model choice, token costs or building your own skills. Its last update was in April 2026, the oldest on this list, so treat it as your first Claude Code course rather than your last.

3. Claude Code: Building Faster with AI, from Prototype to Prod
Frank Kane builds one app, an online radio station, from a quick prototype to production: an interface from a wireframe and style guide, VS Code and GitHub, tests, security scans, continuous integration, and Claude in GitHub Actions reviewing pull requests and closing issues. 39 lectures, 4.4 hours, last updated in August 2026. Beginner here means new to Claude Code, not new to coding: you need the command line, Git and some web development. Reviewers compare it to pair programming, while experienced developers call much of it basic. It is the pick on this list for the workflow around the code, not just the prompting.

4. The Complete Claude Code & Claude Cowork Masterclass [2026]
Ryan Ahmed covers both sides of Claude in the longest course here, about 22 hours over 158 lectures: Claude Code for building and deploying apps, and Cowork, the desktop agent for office work, with Claude in Excel and PowerPoint, MCP connectors to Gmail, Slack and Salesforce, skills, plugins and a personal agent build. It is sold as a live course and was last updated in August 2026. No programming experience is required. Reviewers like the reusable automation examples; the complaint that keeps coming back is that prompts are pasted in ready-made with little on how they were written, and that the length is more than the ideas need.

5. Prompt and Context Engineering 101 for ChatGPT & Claude
The most-reviewed course on this list is a 2.5-hour primer from Mike Wheeler. Three short sections cover why prompting matters and the zero-shot, few-shot and chain of thought prompt types; a fourth, added in 2026 and more than half the runtime, moves on to context engineering, Claude Code, Cowork and MCP servers. It was last updated in July 2026. Reviewers like the calm, clear delivery for non-technical people. The complaints are that the fourth section jumps in difficulty and that the course shows an example of each prompt type more than it teaches you to write better ones. At 4.3 it shares the lowest rating on this list.

6. Claude AI: The AI Assistant You’ll Actually Use
Anna Kolenkina’s course is the most complete one here for people who use Claude at work rather than build with it: 110 lectures, about 12 hours, from prompting, artifacts and projects to Skills, the Cowork desktop agent, plugins, data analysis and letting Claude drive your browser in Chrome. Its September 2026 update is the most recent of the video courses on this list. Reviewers find her clear and the examples usable at work straight away. Several say it is too long and repetitive, and one wanted the prompts provided so they could follow along exactly. If you only need the chat basics, the first sections are enough.

7. Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude in MS Office
A short orientation for someone who has just opened Claude: 22 lectures, 3.7 hours, covering the interface, simple prompts, what Claude Free and Pro each allow, a first Project and a Google Docs connection, with newer demos of Cowork, Claude Code and Claude in PowerPoint. It was last updated in July 2026, and its own description says it will feel too basic if you already use Claude every day. Reviewers value the clear tour and the plain explanation of Free versus Pro. Some find the delivery fast and talky, and two mention slides from an older version of Claude.

Claude certification practice exams
Anthropic now certifies people on Claude. The Udemy practice packs below name three exams at Foundations level: Claude Certified Associate (CCAO-F), Claude Certified Developer (CCDV-F) and Claude Certified Architect (CCAR-F). All three listings say the certifications are currently only available to employees of Anthropic partner organizations, so check that you can sit an exam before you pay to practise for one. All three packs are by Frank Kane’s Sundog Education, contain questions and explanations but no lessons, and say that AI was used in making them.
8. Claude Certified Architect Foundations - 6 Practice Exams
Six exams of 60 scenario questions, 360 in all, weighted like the official exam guide’s five domains: agentic architecture and orchestration 27%, tool design and MCP 18%, Claude Code configuration 20%, prompt engineering and structured output 20%, context management and reliability 15%. Each explanation says why the wrong options fail and links to Anthropic’s documentation. It is by far the most-reviewed of the three packs and was updated in September 2026. Reviewers who went on to pass say the scenarios felt close to the real thing; the steady complaint is awkward, wordy English.
