Build A Chat Application With Firebase, Flutter and Provider (Udemy.com)

I was able to refer to the code in the part combined with Firestore and Firebase authentication. However, I think there is some room for improvement in the UI construction part.

I figured out how to create the Group chat. Thanks for logical firebase structures. You just need to count the members' array length. If greater than 2, create the collection called 'Group Conversation' in Users collections with the ID as same as conversationID. And that's it

Jan 01 2021, This course is really focused and oriented to the point. I would blindly recommend this course to anyone who is advanced or little above intermediate flutter expert who is looking to integrate a chat system to any of their current flutter projects. Really enjoyed this class. I will be happy if you the tutor can update this course by adding notifications to this chatify app.

Hi Hussain, please create an ecommerce app which i have mention below. iam very happy that got.. but i can't able to photos . verify that Very good i got every thing. but one suggestion iam using 400x800 pixel mobile so iam getting error. in bottom overflowed. But iam fixed by searching in internet browsing. i have added SingleChildScrollView. so please add in your source code. that all mobile devices can work. And another request please create a video for ecommerce app with backend page Admin dashboard fully flutter. Backend page can be in flutter webapp. Hope you understand. iam waiting for it. Ecommerce app can be fully like flipkart,amazon inspiration using flutter only. if you created iam ready to buy.

Good course, however there are few things missed for example what to do when keyboard covers your message text or things like how to block two chat windows from opening when you double tap a person that you want to message. Also the search function its not really search as it just displays all users and then filters by characters but that's an easy fix I think. All in all everything was clearly explained.

It's not what I was expecting for a course. It's more looking at the instructor code while he narrates the exact lines he is adding with minimum to no explanation of what or why he is adding those lines. I bought 4 courses on flutter and this is VERY different to the others in the sense that there is no real teaching involve. If you need a chat app this is a good starting point. If you need to learn flutter look elsewhere

This course is one of the best flutter courses I've ever taken. Its progressive style along with a lot of challenges allows you to learn more deeply all the topics, besides, Hussain Mustafa did a great job explaining all the lessons. You can be sure that by the end of the course, you will be able to develop production-ready apps that satisfy the increasing industry demands. I highly recommend this course to any of you who are expecting to get involved in flutter development as quickly as possible.

Updated Review: I just completed all the course videos but the course doesn't seem to be complete yet. So far so good. I hope it gets completed soon. The videos are nicely paced and for the most part easy to understand despite some erratic mousing movements and some incoherent audio of the instructor. I suggest screen notations on more of the videos especially when building the data diagrams in firebase or just taking a few extra seconds when explaining that portion. My background experience with Flutter and the packages used is intermediate and I am able to understand. With that being said, you should have some experience with Dart & Flutter (Perhaps even some experience with Firebase) fundamentals at the very least. If you do not you will most likely just be coding along and what good is that? He does not explain the basics. I am taking this course close to its released date and all codebase is up to date with the exception of some changes towards the later sections, which is helpful due to Flutter's constant changes. I hope the instructor keeps the course updated. I think this course helps users get started right away with not too much instruction for all parts of the course, which can be both good and bad, which where having experience comes into play. Maybe even have a section to get users up to speed on some of the concepts discussed if rerecording is too laborious. I appreciate the errors being left and corrected. Looking forward to the completion!
