From a user experience perspective I enjoyed the pace of the learning content, the presenter's voice and the logical cohesion of how to develop requirements. The course content volume and duration is also not too onerous and I was able to get through this course - with some repeats here and there - over a reasonable amount of days whilst juggling work commitments and all the other day to day activities that consumes our time. Thank you for a great learning experience.

The course was excellent, very good information! There was very disturbing bass sound in some videos around middle of the course and the voice is somehow "distant" in general. The course is all about PPT slides where I would have preferred a bit more "active" presence from the instructor. Anyway, very valuable content!

El curso combina muy bien la teoría con aplicaciones prácticas sin duda tomaré otros cursos del mismo autor. The curse combines perfectly well theory with practical applications, without doubt i will take another curse from the same author

It's interesting. I like the detail level on the requirements, although I'd like to see the Functional Requirements vs Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) being discussed. Thumbs up for talking about the stakeholders classification and how to model it. The interviewing examples and "hands-on" are quite good. I'd find interesting to add some "techniques" to find people that "can't" be reached - which is a day-to-day task for any BA.

There are presented some interesting ideas. But it lacks of more practical examples, the same example is used in your business analyst fundamental course. You have a lot of experiences but it seems you do not share this practical experience. The course look like more as an academic course than a professional course. The chapter about developing requirements is too long. I think it would be more interesting to divide it to smaller chunks.

I believe the thing of real-life scenarios is a great idea in itself. But I was expecting it to be towards Certification type course. Happy to recommend someone from the College level. But not for certification. Also, it's good for those who have started working as a BA as it tells how to structure your thoughts. For beginners, it tells how you work

The scenarios made this course outstanding. It explains how BA functions and provides guidance on how to organize data and document requirements The instructor demonstrated his knowledge and expertise effectively through structured explanation and illustration of items

Great course, giving very good insights if you are a beginner Business Analyst. Well structured, goes into detail, offers practical examples. I would have loved even more practical examples. Sound volume should be increased. I listened to the course on the subway and it was very difficult to hear, even at max volume on iPhone 6.

Extremely powerful lectures and well illustrated. It worth enrolling especially when it comes to requirement gathering. The interview scenario is a master class. The lecturer exhibits his enormous experience in this field as an SME. He is very cordial and warm and you can feel his presence because he tries to make course more lively. I will recommend the course to any one who is trying to learn more about requirement gathering.

Very good and structured training. The section I particularly liked and found very helpful was the "Special Situations" these are special challenging cases that as a BA you don't face in all projects but may come up depending on the company and client the BA is doing services for, ie: "NO access to stakeholders" in the requirements development phase can present a challenge. I also found the templates to be helpful as they are simple and captures only the areas needed. Will like to see some exercises if possible but overall great course, well done Don!
