Good overview, but unfortunately pictures of diagrams are not sharp enough to read all details.

Even though the course was fast paced the instructor did a great job reeling it in and making it easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. This is a high level course to give you an idea about Business Process Management but in my opinion is not enough to knowledge to apply it.
