the accent and the way the teacher spoke was distracting and monotonous .

It does not explain a lot of basic things that I think would help people with no previous experience. It doesnt explain a lot of basic functions that are being used, or in the lectures uses printf and then on the exercises it is used std.
The teacher is not a native english speaker, and some of the text in the lectures and tests is not grammatically correct.
