Canva for Beginners - Your Guide to Canva for Graphic Design (Udemy.com)

This is an old course and not really relevant! Do not buy this! It was last updated in 2018, 8 years ago and I don't believe it should still be available since the course screen and instructions is based on a version of Canvas that no longer exists. What a disappointment.

I recently completed the design course "Canva for Beginners," which was an excellent learning experience. The course's structured approach and Canvas' intuitive tools enabled me to unlock my creative potential effortlessly. The lessons were engaging and helped me apply design principles in real-time. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn the basics of Canva effectively.

The tone / voice is quite dull, it makes you fall asleep. It appears you get what yo pay for. so it is ok for the price I paid. There is huge amount of difference between TEACHING and SHOWING how to do something. These clearly appear latter one. The speaker appear to be bored , hence I do not find it interesting. But I will have to listen it 2-3 times in order to learn. It just does not make me motivated to learn. I am just signing for four new courses, somewhere else. The cost is £1380. But I know that I will learn there. I already have done some courses at their centre two years ago. These course is ok. I have looked at some other courses on here where the speaker has very strong Indian accent. I found it too difficult to follow. As per me I train people too, but when i do, my main goal is that they remember maximum from the start to finish. No wonder there are things as "very good schools". and "ok" ones.

Good course.Concise and to the point on how to use Canva to potentially help you produce great graphics for all your social media needs.Explanations are clear,through the instructors knowledge and ability to produced engaging content.Practice with canva (free),as you follow the course. Video and audio are also of a very high standard

This course is short and sweet. I had heard that Canva was very approachable, however I was skeptical of the claim. Jermey convinced me that it really is. I was toying on whether to invest a lot of time learning InDesign to create graphics for mailers, my website, and blog posts. Now onwards to the next course "Canva for Entrepreneurs"

I know nothing about Canva but, the instructor is presenting material so I can easily understand and retain information. It is also broken down into small bites so I can easily find a place that I wish to repeat so I can remember what he said about how to use Canva. I am excited to begin to use Canva knowing what I want to do with a blank page.

This course is great for first time users to Canva. If you are brand new to Canva and want to know how it works, I recommend this course. I finished in less than 1 hour. If you're more advanced, this many be too basic. I was expecting some discussion on design principles since I have no background in graphic design. That would be a good add for this course. What makes a design stand out? Color contrast? What should you avoid in design? Maybe that's a whole new class.

I really enjoyed this course. Jeremy is a great instructor--his directions were crystal clear. I am going to be making some designs for my social media pages now. Excited about that. I've used Canva several times, for basic things. I had no idea that there was so much I could do with it. And it's all very easy to do, once someone shows you how. This course made it easy for me, and saved me so much time.

I have been using Canva for about a year now to build my personal brand images. Many folks have asked how I create such crisp and clean images on a variety of social networking platforms. My response is always "Canva" and now I can add in this course URL! The course creator does a wonderful job of explaining the basics to get you up and running on Canva, as well as some of the advanced functions. I would recommend this course for Canva beginners and as a refresher to experienced users!

This course gives a comprehensive introduction to using Canva. I had used Canva half a dozen times already, but there were quite a few tips and tricks that I learned from this course that will help me use Canva more effectively in the future. I really like that there are some graphic design tips scattered through the course as well, since I'm definitely one of those people with No Graphic Design Experience!
