Course Description

This course will be an in-depth course that will go above and beyond Volume 1 & Volume 2 of the Cisco Press Book and their recommended requirements.

Here, I will go over in very detailed and specific ways of showing you what you need to learn to get ready for the new CCNA (200-301) that took effect on February 24th, 2020.

This will be a course like no other I've done before!

In part due to the amount of information that Cisco is now requiring in their new CCNA.
Remember that there will no longer be several CCNA's certifications (i.e.: CCNA R/S, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Voice, etc.)

The new CCNA will replace 10 previous CCNA certifications...let me repeat that - the NEW CCNA will replace 10 CCNA certifications!

This means that as of February 24, 2020, Cisco's new CCNA will combine all previous CCNA certifications into just one!

Please check out the Cisco website for further information on what the new CCNA certification exam will require students to know to be able to pass the Cisco exam to be CCNA certified.

You can log in to cisco and research these new requirements for yourself.

Please note that Cisco has made these changes to make the CCNA certification more valuable.
This will make the CCNA to have as much, if not more, weight than a Bachelors's degree in some cases and depending who the employer is.

This is a good thing, people! ...this means that the new CCNA will be able to compete with those that have a degree in Networking and/or Computer Science.

This, however, does not mean that those that do have a Bachelors's degree in Networking and/or Computer Science or any other technology-related degree are to be underestimated. As a matter of fact, having a Bachelors's degree & the CCNA will make you a better candidate when job hunting.

However, what it does mean, is that those that do not have such degrees can still compete for the same jobs in the IT world if certain other criteria are also met.
The new CCNA is more likely to level the playing field for those with degrees and those with certifications!

Here you are getting "the creme of the creme" when it comes to preparing for your CCNA certification exam.

Always remember that in order to succeed you must have the DESIRE, the DEDICATION, the DETERMINATION, and the DISCIPLINE to lead you to VICTORY!

Fantastic course that provided great coverage for the CCNA exam. Laz's instructor method always keeps you engaged and coming back to the material for more and he has a way of teaching that keeps you interested in wanting to learn more as you go through each section.

i am 16 and loving the course as networking is my hobby and the presenter of this course has so much enthusiasm and it makes it more interesting.

By Aldo Irigoyen Castañeda on 5/18/2021

The course is good, but i had a bad time with the audio

By Mark Smith on 5/18/2021

Laz is phenomenal in the teaching element, he is straight forward and places the challenge where it ultimately will manifest itself and that is with the student and discipline. "your mission if you choose...etc.." Learning with Laz is for this Udemy purchaser is immeasurable. This is with the accolades to Udemy for finding instructors with spectacular acumen for the subject material- Laz is the instructor ,motivator necessary to realize your goal = "Success "

By Eric Olson on 3/4/2021

The audio quality is terrible. It sounds like you recorded the whole thing via the webcam in a laptop in an empty room. I would suggest treating the room to cut the reverb and getting a decent microphone. Also look up LUFS levels.

By Vikramaditya Mathur on 2/3/2021

Simply great. Oozing with ideas. It gives sufficient time to familiarize and feel more comfortable with the subject.

By Eric Thompson on 1/7/2021

I love the way Laz teaches. He is fun to listen to. His lessons are well organized and his teaching skills are exceptional. I recommend his course to anyone going after their CCNA.

By Cecile Rasmussen on 12/21/2020

I trust in Laz's passion for networking it is straight to the point, You need to know Networking prior to taking this course, it is fast paced and you need to listen to Laz. He encourages listen, watch videos, study Wendell Odom's CCNA 200-301 exam guide and get hands on practice. Lab it up and get that paper. Get his IP book. Do it now.

By Denis Pieratos on 12/18/2020

Laz always presents in a very engaging manner and provides plenty of information to digest! I have bought many of his other courses and have never been disappointed...
