This course is absolutely fantastic. I already did the one on Godot so I knew that Richard was an excellent teacher, and that's the reason why I took this course in the first place. Concepts are as usual clearly explained and the pace is perfect. Also the structure of the course is really good and sections are well defined and linked together, so you can follow the flow very easily. I also like the fact that Richard takes the time to do the needed corrections and explain them, so I know that the bot is actually robust and well tested. I would definitely put 6 stars if possible!

very difficult for new user to understand as the teacher is speaking too fast without staying also no download resources where all steps are mentioned. API with onanda is too confusing to understand.

I like this course. It is a real challenge. I am not sure if I will learn how to trade here but I am sure I will improve my Python knowledge and learn basics of data science with Pandas. This is very good practice course on data science in Python. I assume this could be one of the best courses on Udemy. Unfortunately, there are some issues, like to setup demo account with OANDA broker. I do not agree with the Richard that only basic knowledge of Python is required to start the course. Well, it is possible to just copy code from the screen without understanding. This course covers complex topic, and several areas. I really like the way Richard presents it, he is fast and he tries to touch the core of the subject. I am not boring here like I did in other Python courses... ;-)

Brace yourselves for a ton of information presented at lighspeed! The instructur is very knowledgeable and funny, so you'll learn a lot and won't get bored. Have finished half the course so far and just enjoying it. The course is what it says on the tin (as Richard would say). An amazing source for improving Python and Pandas skills while learning Trading and building a great system. BUT again: it is a super fast paced course with a lot of information, so take your time. spend an hour or two a day and drink a lot of water! Thank you Richard!

This is the best course by far on algorithmic trading "Complete Algorithmic Forex Trading and Backtesting System". It provides comprehensive instruction on building a live trading bot, strategy backtesting, data analysis, web scraping, and creating a React web application. The instructor is a little fast but had expertise and clear explanations make complex concepts easy to understand. This course is a valuable resource for traders looking to automate their strategies and access real-time market information. I am looking forward Future part of this course which even had Machine learning and Deep learning implementation. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their trading skills and take their strategies to the next level. Amazing course. I have done many many algo trading courses. This by far is THE most comprehensive. I am about 2/3 of the way through. This course could have easily been split into 2 or 3 stand alone courses. It goes through the full gamut of backtesting, live trading, streaming of prices, working with the Oanda API, etc. It is a very long course, but that is the nature of this complex thing called algo trading. I am very stretched by this course, as it is not easy, but at the same time, as you run with it, you will find yourself growing immensely. and lastly, Richard is ever so prompt and helpful with answering questions. I highly recommend people take this course. And of course, to stick it out and finish it.

Most Comprehensive and a complete course on algorithmic trading. This course sets you up on the right pedestal and presents you a framework from where you are ought to go in the right direction. There is a lot of work that you have to do yourself after completing the course to be a successful trader. The strategies presented in the course are just to mould your brain so that you can learn how to write, automate, back-test and deploy your "OWN" strategies. Trust me I'm feeling whole a lot confident after completing this course and all of my doubts have disappeared just by completing this course.

Excellent course. The instructor is really competent both in trading and in Python and I appreciated the simplicity and the power of his approach. There are sections of intense scripting where it is a little bit difficult to follow and do at the same time, I mean watch-and-write by yourself the code because he is jumping quickly from one side to the other (he is really fast) ; the minimum bug will affect the code and at the end if you want really understand you have to spend time by yourself to really catch the programming . Maybe it is better to watch the video and analyze the code that Albert proposes .

I have purchased and went through quite a few courses on Udemy and I would like to say that this course here is one of the best if not the best on this platform especially for this subject. The instructor, Richard is just phenomenal, I have just recently completed going through the whole course and I must say he has definitely put in loads of time and effort into this and it certainly shows. Now I will start all the way from the beginning to follow the code, type each character out myself and understand the logic, thinking and the purpose he chose to do it the way he has, and with his guidance all along the way, I am hoping to grasp the whole thing with an acceptable amount of difficulty. To top it off, Richard keeps the content current, I see he has just recently updated and that really adds so much value to the course, good work Richard, for us students this really matters as the course actually feels alive and it also shows your dedication to your work and to us who have chosen to have you has our teacher and guide to this world of trading. You're a rare gem especially in the world of trading where everyone is somehow trying to sell someone some kind of make you rich scheme at a discount. So yes, you're a rare gem and I hope you get all the appreciation and fullfillment in putting together and delivering this course as well as keeping it lively and breathing. This is one of the best courses I've ever done! The structure, clarity of explanations, pace, fit for purpose tech detail - everything was just right for me. It covers most of the components/disciplines required to get you to a decent trading automation - all in one place, properly structured. This has saved me so much time, energy and stress finding it elsewhere. Richard, if I can make one request then it will be to follow-up with couple of chapters on a proper server+DB+web app deployment (you mentioned Gunicorn?) and front end control of the bot. After being spoiled with the quality of your instruction, the above feels like a missing piece of the system.This would be a MAJOR upgrade to an already excellent course you've created. Thank you!
