I appreciate that this course covers some of the AI technologies in preparation for the CCNAv2.0. The high-level content is good for grasping the concepts, there are multiple examples, and the labs are thorough. Also, the AI run scenario - to practice chatting and voicing out how we understand is great. The only thing I have an issue with is that it does sound like most of the time, the narration is AI generated. Compare that with Neil Anderson's youtube videos, where he narrates everything himself. The flow of the explanations are sometimes choppy when it comes to stating out the commands, or repetitive, like always saying enter enable and config t to enter privilege exec and global configuration mode. You could just say, "enter global config mode" rather than saying "type config t to enter global configuration mode". The AI voice narration also sounds mostly monotone between a few different tones, so it can be difficult to listen all the way through enjoyably. For the AI-aided scnearios, the AI doesn't flow quite smoothly as well, and doesn't register everything, but there could be a tutorial on how to use it well. When performing the labs - if there are scenarios where there are pre-made topologies, perhaps adding a downloadable .pkt packet tracer file so we can download and follow along would be great. Overall, this actually added some layers of information that Neil didn't cover in a bit more detail.

Very well explained in plain english, and very well demonstrated, However, if not R.I.P., E.I.G.R.P. should have been included in the course seeing as how it is a Cisco proprietary protocol. joe.

A great course to understand the concepts from basic to advance level. On the top of that, the visual representation explain the concepts in such a way that every beginner can understand networking from scratch. Recommended from my Side.

Excellent course, thank you very much. However, please give us the option to stop the timer; this would make it easier for non-English speakers to finish the role-play, which is very important for practice. Thank you again for this course.
