Complete Management Coaching Course - Executive Coaching
Management Coaching - Learn all Aspects of Coaching, Career Coaching and Executive Coaching - Master Coaching
Welcome to the world of the management coaching. It’s a $3 billion global business where the median rate for executive coaches is $500 an hour.
The news gets even better. You can be a management coach from where ever you are. I have worked with clients throughout North America, the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, and Denmark. So can you. With technologies such as Zoom or Skype, your home office is your gateway to the world. Payments re made electronically, instantly, and easily.
Your business goals could be the same as mine: I work from where I want, with who I want, when I want, and how I want.
Leaders want to get better. The competition for great executive positions is getting tighter. Those who have greater insight, knowledge, and information have an important edge over others in their industry.
To be sure, your clients want to hear about your experiences, your knowledge, your beliefs and get your advice. But the best way to serve them is to help them reach their own conclusions about how to excel as a top executive. You do this by asking really smart, thoughtful, insightful, and challenging questions. I will give you some of the most results oriented questions that I’ve used with my clients. But don’t stop there. After your client answers your question, ask a probing follow up question. Encourage them to go even deeper.
Are you a business specialist? No problem. Your expertise in HR, technology, marketing, investor relations will serve to help specific clients see what’s possible in their careers.
Take me for example. I help clients who are smart, talented, and experienced but have a hard time communicating their ideas in certain business situations. That hurts their careers and the company’s bottom line. I give them the communications tools they need and the confidence to succeed.
General business help in invaluable, too. You see the bigger picture and help your clients make the right moves.
What about you? We tend to take for granted what we know. Don’t make that assumption. Your knowledge, experience, success, and even your mistakes could prove to be a valuable resource for those that you serve.
Who are your potential clients? They could be individuals who know they need to get a leg up in order to get to the next step in their careers. You could get a portfolio of corporate clients who know that they have several members of their team who need your services. They may hire you on a monthly retainer basis.
There is no ceiling for your success as a management coach. Take this Management Coaching Course and see what’s possible for you. - Bob Berkowitz

I have taken a number of courses on this platform and I'm a highly experienced communications executive and I have to say - this course was highly confusing, very repetitive, and offered very little in terms of executive coaching skills. It was near impossible to understand the POV being offered (is he speaking to the coach, the executive, or the employee at any given moment?), and there was more content on building a business then building a strong executive. I also heard the "internal voice" story at least 4 times and the "why we wear clothes" analogy at least 3. It bounced all over the place and I left with only one overarching suggestion - ask your client a bunch of questions. That's just not enough after 2 hours nor is it consistent with how the course is advertised. I was hoping for an answer to the question: how do you give your executive leader critical skills to help improve their performance and the performance of their team?

The sound quality was not good. Some videos were really loud and some were so quiet they were hard to hear. I was also expecting more support for coaches and it seem like there was a lot of teaching that were more focused for executives and business owners instead of for the executive coach. I found the quality of the videos to be all over the place as well. I thought the videos were going to be a lot more professional. I got some information that I will utilize however I thought this would be a lot more comprehensive and give a lot more detail for executive coaches. I will be looking for more courses to fill the gaps this one was lacking.

The Management Coaching course stands out as one of the most exceptional step-by-step programs I've undertaken on Udemy in quite some time. TJ Walker's succinct introduction and Bob Berkowitz's meticulous coverage were thoughtfully crafted. Throughout the course, I diligently took approximately 10 pages of detailed notes, pausing frequently to reflect on the videos, reviewing key segments, and critically considering how each concept could be applied in my own life. This program not only enhanced my understanding of asking critical questions but also recommended valuable resources like "The Prosperous Coach" by Rich Litvin, a book I promptly searched for online. The emphasis on questioning, clarifying, and paraphrasing proved to be crucial in cultivating effective coaching relationships. I also appreciated the "trip" to Aarhus, Denmark on elements of persuasive communications, and off-course the bonus advanced presentation skills course for High Stakes Presenters. The holistic approach of the Management course expanded my perspective on assisting clients and uncovering new possibilities. As a novice coach, the wealth of knowledge gained is considerable, making it a highly recommended resource for anyone seeking personal and professional growth. Its applicability extends beyond executives and management teams, proving beneficial in daily living. I urge others to enroll in this course, share it with peers, and apply the acquired skills. The fulfillment I've experienced since completing the course last night was immediately evident when I engaged my 6-year-old son in a question session this morning, enabling him to see things from a different perspective. Bob and TJ, a simple 'thank you' falls short of expressing my gratitude. Your work is inspirational and life-changing. With deep gratitude & appreciation, Henry Luyombya PEI, Canada

This course was very helpful in the kickstart of my Coaching business. I purpose to implement many of the skills and tips received and add to my learning. One recommendation for the course would be to provide a pdf of the points covered with a brief descriptor under each point. To have this with the video would be helpful in following along and knowing where you are in the video, also to read after for refreshing. Kind Regards, -Mark Allan

Really impressive lessons learned. I will be re -enforcing these techniques that BOB has outlined, which i have been doing naturally as a human being. I like the part where he mentions - include STORIES in your messages. Very good course - but we get corruption and political interference changing people's mindset. THANK YOU.

This is one of the best courses I’ve had ever. The instructor, Bob Berkowitz, not only knows about the subject, he shares real experiences, real cases, so what he says is supported by facts. I’ve been IT advisor and technology reseller, so I have experience in customer support. But in this course I’ve learned techniques, tips, structure, all of this is necessary to improve my activity, as part of my present job. I’ve been coming to conclusions like these, so I reinforce my learning and agree with him. Now I am employee, but in the future I see myself as a management coach, and Mr. Bob has been an inspiration to reach that future, helping to the companies and entrepreneurs to be better in what they do, and supporting them to increase the satisfaction of their products and services, and earning in the process. After this course, I consider Mr. Bob a great teacher and a good person, even if I don’t meet him personally. Thank you for sharing us your knowledge, is very valuable; this is not learned in the college.

There was no real structure to the course. You could watch the videos basically in random order. The audio quality was bad in a sense that the volume changed a lot from video. One video you have to turn up the volume just to be shocked when the next video comes on. What he actually talks about is good and insightful but it would be a lot better if there was more structure and better audio quality to it.

Overall I enjoyed this course. It is easy to see that the speaker in the course is well experienced and is very good at communicating professionally. I manage about 50 employees so I am always looking for ways to coach my peers and employees informally yet effectively. I think there were a lot of great tips in this course and good questions that I can implement right away. It didn't seem like there was a good flow or organization to the videos. Perhaps more practical insights about the coaching process and tips on how to hold people accountable when coaching them would be nice in the future. Overall, I am happy with this course.
