Course Description

Why should you do this course?

How would your relationships evolve if you had the gift of feeling completely relaxed and comfortable when having difficult conversations with other people and making them feel respected and appreciated? Psychology and years of study in Communication have proven that this skill can be learnt!

How would your life change if you had this skill? What conversations would you start with? With who? This is an opportunity to change every area of your life: personal relationships, family, friends, colleagues, and anyone you interact with each day!

How does this course work?

This course will give you the chance to learn a simple 7 steps process that you can use for any difficult conversation, it will also give you chances to practice and give you real life examples.

Through this training, you will be preparing for a difficult discussion you want to have, and you will have the opportunity to put the concepts into practice in your own life.

All you have to do then is share your learnings and successes, and prepare for the next one!

What are the 7 steps?

  1. Preparing your problem statement
  2. Getting into the right state
  3. Presenting your problem statement
  4. Asking your critical question
  5. Listening to the other person
  6. Agreeing on next steps
  7. Closing the discussion

As you can see, this training is not just covering WHAT you need to say, it also covers the HOW: it will help you understand how you can get into the right State in order to deliver the conversations successfully.

WHO should do this training?

In my opinion this should be taught at high school, it is so crucial and so instrumental. Human being are all about connection, and yet so often we don't get to connect because even with the best intent in mind, we don't manage to deliver the right messages.

Do you have any other question?

Please let me know and I will be delighted to answer. I have made this training as an act of contribution, this is why the price is so low, I want this course to be affordable so that as many people as possible can benefit from it!

ENJOY, Greg.

The course went along at an easy pace and was easy to follow along with , however no fault of the teacher his accent is heavy and a few times had to go back because it was hard to understand the words he was saying

-Plus: There is some advises that can be used to plan and start a conversation in a conflict situations. - Minus: It is handling the situation from powerful position angel only with the assumption that the other one is not going to reject/escalate react as if no adrenaline exists. It seems for me, it rather Algebra than conversation between humans.

I have mixed thoughts about this course. The first 2 sections that broke down how to have crucial conversations and manage conflict were well laid out and made sense. However, watching the bonus videos where the theory was put into practice changed my opinion as the demonstrator came off as a bit of a self-serving jerk in the first two. Not the experience I would want to create for anyone I'm in disagreement with. As a side note - the layout is a bit mixed up as the first question in the quiz towards the end is only covered in the video after the quiz. So good ideas to think about but the execution needs more thought.

Training is good and to the point. But there are more to be added Bonus videos are ok good, In many cases the conversation mentioned in bonus does not goes smooth and it will involve more emotion and anger as well. So far training was good. Thank you sir.

It was short and to the point, but not as helpful as I had hoped. I was hoping it was more inclusive of mentoring, the type of work I do, but I did get some good tips.

I learned some things from this course, but I wish after each step we could be shown some re-enactments to give us some examples after that step. I know there are some re-enactments at the end of the course, but it would have been nice to have it through the whole thing so you can see how he is applying the steps. Overall, I learned some things from this course and I will definitely apply these steps to the way I manage now.

It is a basic approach much better than the usual in relationships of any sort.

Very clear and helpful- many thanks! There is only one video preventing this course to get 5 stars. The part with kicking your partner should be deleted or shifted to another course.

Facing an uncomfortable discussion is a situation we dont like... The autor gives us a clear method to deal with this kind of discussion. It can be applied in a personnal and a professionnal context, which is very interesting. The example section is a good idea to see in real life what this looks like. I recommand this course.
