Really one of the best courses to learn css basics, flexbox, grid and other css practices. Few improvements are, we could really use common variables or css variables instead of using rem a lot and while developing the projects, we could show what we are building visually once and explain how we are building that section, instead of directly jumping into it. In flexbox, for the right panel, we could have used a parent container and set margin left for that instead of repeating it. Inspite of all these, this course deserves a 5 star rating. Amazing content

Yes, I appreciate learning Flexbox by working on a very cool and realistic project. It's amazing how clean and easy to understand the code can be when you break it down logically without overcomplicating things. Thank you also for explaining things that I have used before yet never fully understood until now (transform: translate(-50%, -50%)!

Tutorial is good! however in case studies part where we have to create a website, it would be better if he is showing the desired or the goal design we are trying to make and compare it to the one he is currently coding time-to-time. It is hard to follow when we want to code by ourself by checking the first video of the chapter just to see the final layout. some of us would like to code first then check the videos to see if the codes we are coding are correct.

Of the many Udemy courses I own this is one of the best. I'm sure there are other courses which go into further detail but this course was the perfect sweet spot of not being dauntingly long so I would never finish it, but not being to short so I didn't get a good grasp of HTML/CSS design. The instructor teaches in a concise and clear way how to get up to speed on modern web page design with great examples and awesome sample projects to practice the skills and make use of in your own work or projects.

Needed to find something to improve my knowledge in CSS. Although I am pleased with the content of the course and what is learned. I think there's place for some improvements. First, I find it very hard to follow because the instructor is too quick. You don't have time to understand the steps very well. Second, I think that the parts where the CSS is explained is too short and not always understandable. Finally, the instructor has some accent (which is not a problem) but some words he pronounced are not always very clear. Even the automatic subtitles can't translate him properly. For the price I can't complain too much but I think the course can be improved. Other than that, I really like the part where you can build your own website using the method you learned. It's quite easy to understand and helpful.

Apesar do curso ser ministrado em inglês, o professor explica muito bem, passo a passo nos mínimos detalhes, vale a pena fazer o curso mesmo não sabendo o idioma, pois geralmente tudo que se escreve nas linguagem pelo menos a maioria é do conhecimento do programador. Parabéns professor por nos mostrar dois projetos bárbaros, Abraços

The best way I can describe the tutorials is, it was like a student artist/apprentice watching a professional artist paint. I have used CSS for ten years. This class gave me the confidence to update my skillset. The instructor employed best practices in the technology industry today. The details are clear with many good examples. The projects included well-executed web design principles and well-formed CSS coding techniques. Some may feel there was an overuse of classes, yet as with the art world, some artists are Rembrandt, some DaVinci, some Picasso. I suppose this strategy could have been simplified, but the way it was employed, helps a new student to grasp the process of CSS, not just the artistry.

Learned a lot from the course. Would appreciate deeper explanations of why CSS works the ways it does. Towards the end of the course, they showed excellent examples but cut down on explanations behind the concepts - mainly to keep the length of the source manageable. A little too much emphasis on flexbox and flexgrid. Will view other CSS courses on Udemy got to get the perspective of multiple instructors.

Overall a good course with high quality projects. Enjoying learning about flexbox and animations, transitions, etc that I am now becoming much more comforable with. I wish that a PSD was provided so that we can attempt to "guess ahead" on how the mark-up and styling would be accomplished. I know this is a CSS course but I also wish there was a little more explanation on why the HTML is being structured the way it is to help us better understand its relationship with CSS, positions, and flex-box.

This is my second course taken from CodeAndCreate team and I am happy I enrolled. The course covers not only basic CSS but also advanced techniques and tricks with modern applications. My only complain is there are only 2 projects, it would be great if at least one more project was added to flexbox and grid :) Undoubtedly the Instructor is knowledgable person, in my opinion course is well-organized and explained.

Good real world projects. Learned alot of CSS tricks.

This course is a game changer for me.
