It was a somewhat good match. The dysfunction teams and ways to fix it was beneficial. As an employee who does not have the authority to establish my own teams, some of the information was interesting, but not applicable to my situation. Our team members constantly change, but among a core group. You get to know each others personalities so it helps to be able to identify team performance and set my expectations of all team members upfront.

Excellent course, as I have learned the types of teams and behaviors that coincide with those team cultures. The course offers key pointers in what to look for in order to properly build and empower your staff, and place them on the correct team, so they can use their full potential.

This course is giving me insight on my team overall and also individual team members. I look forward to getting more information and a better understanding so that cultivate the right culture/atmosphere to become the team in our company. The information is very useful and I am planning to implement some of the strategies within my team to make a good team a great team!!

The course was really good. I had an very good experience while listening the course. It covers almost all the topics of what is a team, it's types and all other stuffs. The course teched me that how to be a good team leader and if you are not a leader then how to give best to your team .The course was really really very good. Also the instructors were more interacting and they were able to explain the things nicely by giving some real life experiences.

Curso interesante para el liderazgo de grupos de trabajo. El decálogo sobre liderazgo es quizá lo que más me ha gustado. Saber diferenciar los tipos de grupos de trabajo y cómo resolver lo posibles problemas es básico. Las falsas creencias ó creencias equivocadas relativas a los trabajos en grupo te dan una serie de premisas muy importantes que pueden evitar que caigas en errores comunes que pueden llevarte al desastre.

very informative. especially the insights about dysfunctional teams are interesting. Sadly I dont have enough information yet to fix dysfunctional teams, or how to renew a team, thats working correctly, but sliding into these traps. The data however sets me on the right track.

Really liked the idea of understanding personality of each member of the team, but rest of the course looked very theoretical with not much examples of various team situations or team stages and how to practically handle those.

The materials were great but the video paused constantly during the female narrators presentations. Also, I've completed each lecture three times but I'm still redirected to complete a lecture once I arrive at the page which congratulates me for completing the course.

There were quite a few fundamentals shared as part of this course. I have been able to learn about the essentials of team working and application of concepts towards nurturing effective teams. Southwest Airlines example was rather insightful and few techniques adopted by them in building a collaborative organization were really helpful.
