It wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be. I was thinking of strategies regarding the analysis of feedback more than direct interaction related information. I do really like the high level concepts and the the approach even if I feel much of it doesn't directly align to our specific situation.

I am glad to improve my comments from the start to the finish this course and the lecturer was great! Well thought out, innovatively delivered and very informative with things I can do right away. I also liked the variety of ways the lessons were taught. The one suggestion I would make is to just somewhere in a note we can see clearly state that we have to click on the triangle at the base of the left side of the screen, in some of the lessons to move from slide to slide for those in our fifties and older who may not be as techie as you young-uns. Okay? Thanks so much! xoxo

The course material was great but the chapters with slide shows sort of slowed down the vibe of the course. Should do a video that talks through the slides to sort of follow the rest of the course.

This seems very appropriate and meaningful in my work dealing with families of ill patients. Many times family members are very stressed by the illness of the person they care about and Clinical Social Workers are called in to provide support and resources. This is very relevant.

I love this course, as a employee and supervisor with provide services and sometime customer came angry for other situation and if they don't receive a good service where i work then they may be hostile. I really learned a lot of invaluable lessons through this course. I amassed numerous strategies that will be useful in handling customers, but more importantly, the proper mindset needed.

Great insight into the mind of the unhappy customer. I especially liked the part about the "non-complainer" is the customer you'll likely lose. A person willing to complain is giving another chance to keep their business.
