Hi. Welcome to my Udemy course, I make programming tutorials from beginner to advanced level, I focus on creating video tutorials for programmers, software developers, engineers, and analysts. At the moment I am working as a simulation engineer at a multinational company. I have been interested in algorithms and data structures and its implementations especially in Java since university. Later on I got acquainted with machine learning techniques, artificial intelligence, numerical methods and recipes such as solving differential equations, linear algebra, interpolation and extrapolation. These things may prove to be very very important in several fields: software engineering, research and development or investment banking. I have a special addiction to quantitative models such as the Black-Scholes model, or the Merton-model.

very good would like more emphasis on particular elements but I think he does a pretty good job at grasping everything it intuitively makes a bit more sense for me since I'm also doing an algorithms course University alongside this udemy course I'm using this for technical prep for interviews

This class was recommended to study up on for a technical job interview, and thought it would be a good refresher since it has been sometime since I have taken any technical classes. I would have expected a little more, which was graphic to show sorting method, to visually demonstrate the speed/factor of the algorithms. In my 20+ years in the industry, I've not had to write any mission critical sort algorithms. It seems like the data lends itself to the method, vs understanding all the methods. If you are looking for a general knowledge of data structures and algorithms, this may be useful, but I can not see how it applies to real world application. I had only made it thru 10/56 sections of the class, I had hoped it would get better. Note, I was not eligible for a refund since I had consumed too much of the course ... the cost of thinking it has to get better.

Half way through and have learned a tremendous amount. For me the pace has been perfect and his explanations are very clear. And I have to say it's really worth every minute I've spent.

Excellent Course. I am an experienced software engineer - and I can tell you that I am impressed by the explanations that this instructor has done. He is thorough and I can see a high level of professionalism in his approach. As I am taking his class, I feel as if I am in a boot camp, with all other attendees. I am also impressed with the level of practicality- here there is no "technobabble", everything is explained in a language you will understand, then you can practise.

Fantastic course. Incredible value for the price. I think the instructor covers and explains the necessary topics in the right depth, the explanations of the materials are also very 'digestible'. Highly recommended for people who are starting in the world of data structures.

I highly recommend this algorithms course! All subjects are well described and explained. The quality of this course is quite impressive, so it makes it pretty easy to understand the concepts and logic behind each topic. This course is must for anyone trying to dive in algorithms, also for people who are willing to get familiar with the topic.

Great in-depth data structures course. Clear and concise. I really like the to the point explanation for each topic, it makes me understand the brief concepts but still leave some space for me to explore it myself. Things are taught with so much easy and fun that learning stuff was so much fun. I would totally recommend this course to anyone!

This was one of the best courses I've ever taken on Udemy. A lot of information here to absorb and practice. Builds from basic to more complex. Well worth the time and effort. The instructor is very clear and concise in explaining and showing good examples that will help to learn and understand more about algorithms. The instructor makes it a point to discuss potential errors that may occur which I find very useful. The material was comprehensive and well-presented. But more than that, I valued the little personal moments the instructor shared. It made me feel connected to the lecturer as if he were teaching me in real life. I'd recommend this course for anybody wanting to learn algorithms.
