While this is valuable information and presented well, part of my takeaway was that it assumes everyone's brains work the same way and they aren't also struggling with medical treatment.
By Erin Eads on 10/23/2025
Things are explained very well so far in this course, especially breaking down all of the parts of broader concepts and giving examples of each.
By Stephen Crowe on 9/23/2025
I think it appropriate to comment as to how I feel as I am learning the various concepts presented. I am reading captions as I am in an environment where I cannot listen to the presenter. I feel that once I complete this training, I may want to be able to revisit it to help to be aware of one's own behaviour and how to adjust as one learns. DONE

Took notes constantly...from now I will remain pretty much aware of all types of microaggressions in my life...I have already started implementing a few ideas share here...
By Sherrie Hagan Brown on 6/24/2025
I think he should of gave more examples like work scenarios or real life scenarios. The training was very boring.
By Shannon Phillips on 4/23/2025
Took waaaaay too much time repeating himself over and over, going into micro detail over something painfully obvious. Would have been better served as a simple slide show.
By Lauren Greider on 1/29/2025
The narrator not only speaks from experience - which gives a relatable, personal experience to the video - but follows up each point with examples that one might encounter in and out of the workplace.

I will say yes because I believe it is a good match for everyone. It is very difficult to offend me. But I typically go out of my way to NOT offend people, so much has changed that courses like this keep me grounded and keep me in check. Thank you.

Interesting perspective and a calm and rational perspective on microaggressions at work. It can feel very offensive, and if you are on the receiving end of it, it can be confusing how to react to it, and I am glad that this course gives a rational approach.
By Anonymized User on 9/18/2023
Interesting perspective about microaggressions in the workplace. This course takes a measured and common sense approach. It acknowledges where there are wrongs, but doesn't recommend immediately jumping to conclusions like many other resources do. This course teaches how to be vigilant and ask for self respect professionally, and in a way that boosts your career, not distract from it by harboring anger or resentment.
