Eye-catching presentations using PowerPoint 2010 (Udemy.com)

I found this course interesting at the beginning but felt that it jumped from one topic to another without giving a clear explanation of any of the subjects. I was surprised that the summary of this course focused on how to prepare and capture the audience´s attention instead of mentioning the PowerPoint concepts presented.

I wanted to learn about creating PowerPoint themes and that was covered. I learned there's an animation painter which will save time. I liked the creativity with the three balls into the basketball hoop. One thing that wasn't covered, but needs to be is something about why people should listen to you in the first place (authority/credibility/expertise)

Content is not what I expected when I purchased. I thought it was a straight powerpoint content creator guide, but it also gives tips on being the presenter as well as content creator, which were great. I did pick up some very handy hints that I think I will refer back to each time I am the presenter.

I was looking for something to give my presentations more excitement, am getting kind of bored with what I can do. I already use SmartArt, graphics, animations, and make may own templates. The video section was about the only thing I don't do, just because my company doesn't want to. If you're fairly new to PowerPoint, this may be more beneficial. The instructor is very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Really love the professionalism and effort put in by presenter for this course. Easy to understand and good samples to go along with each lecture is shown. Powerpoint is not my expertise and I've learned a lot of useful tips in creating excellent presentation. Thanks for the tips on presenting as well. Nice celebration in the ending :)

I have gone through many online courses and would rate Ulrika as one of the best presenter when it comes to clarity of tone and delivery style. As far as course content & useful tips are concerned, she has tried to cover all useful tools available in Microsoft Power Point 2010 along with personal tips to turn you from a novice presenter into a professional. Now I can make a good presentation. Ulrika was speaking about aplication and another ideas. It's an excelent course and very good. I was using this program several months ago but now I have more points to think. I finish my course in two hours, in two times and today I can say: I am to be able to do a good presentation. I loved the organisation chart and smart chart functionality and the simple little tricks you showed about image editing etc. Thanks also for being prompt in replying to user queries and questions inside the course, I've seen more than a few where the instructors don't respond. Very Professionally created and presented. Good work. Well worth the money.

The course was very easy to grasp and educational. I learned a lot of new things and it was interesting to see how Ulrika used her own advise in her presentation, that is always a motivator for doing the right work. I liked that it was divided in different sections so you were able to have a break if you wanted to, which you most probably don´t since it was so interesting. Thank you!

I've been using power point for a long time, but never had the chance to try all the features or to focus on eye catching points. This video teachs you how to create a simple, eye catching, and professional slides in few minutes! It's valuable for students, employees, and even teachers.
