Are you bored of lengthy, feature-based product training? Do you believe that learning something new should be exciting and fun? I do! That's why I left my career at Microsoft to create a new type of learning experience where the focus is on the value - not the features. I'm passionate about technology and storytelling, and I thrive to share my experiences of how technology can effectively be used to work smarter - in a more engaging way. I'm the founder of two companies - Business Productivity and Storyals, the mother of three, Swedish and live in Dubai.

At age 72 I am happy just peddling along. I do appreciate the info. My issue I have at home is trying to scan a document to my PC; I eventually get it done but frustrated by the process. Windows 7 was much more user friendly. I'm not big on touch screen technology - often doesn't work or go where I don't want to..

The course was good. It aims to provide users of windows 7 some updates with the improvements and improvisations in windows 10. Not sure if there are still possibilities to add more content but right now, it mostly deals with the start up menu and action center. I would request the trainer to contemplate if there are any possibilities to add more content.

This was a very informative class. I changed my review to 5 stars from 4.5 in the beginning because you answered my questions at the end about Cortana. You introduced Cortana early on, but I felt that you expected us to already know about Cortana without giving more detailed info about her. At the end of the course you explained everything I was looking for re Cortana. I have personal issues with Windows 10 with all of the menus, apps, options, etc. It is very overwhelming. Not the instructor's fault. User friendly, but overwhelming. I come from an era where if you hit the wrong key the whole computer might crash! So, sort of reserved about using too many keys/menus. The instructor and example situations are great and I learned a lot more about the basics of Windows 10. Thank you.

Yes, I think it's a good match. So far, it's covered things that I already know from working with Windows 10 but it's also covering areas that I didn't know.

I am so glad I watched this lecture. I found out how to easily access the snipping tool which I use a lot for my job. Before watching this lecture I was only able to find it by typing in Windows search. Thanks!

This course would be a 5 if there was interactive review throughout. It contains a lot of great information but because of the way I learn, which is visual, audio, and hands-on, I will have to watch a couple times, take notes, and practice before I feel I've mastered the material. Having said that, I had already learned most of the content by using Cortana so I don't have a lot of additional shortcuts to master. Thank you!

Ulrika presented the features of Windows 10 well. I learned new tips and techniques that will help me use Windows 10 more effectively for work and personal requirements.

I felt that the instructor was engaging and provide good information. However, I'm a technical person who works with both Mac and Windows OS often and I was hoping for a more in depth study of Windows 10 OS. Having said that, I still feel that the delivery and content was excellent. I just wanted more. Great job overall.

This is not a highly technical or detail course. It is more of an overview of real life applications and integration of daily tasks and uses. i enjoyed her calm demeanor and simple explanation of tasks and customizations. I do recommend it for someone in need of this approach to Win 10.

Ulrika's teaching methodology is among the best I've seen. She's very engaging, keeps you interested and provides you with the key information in a way that is digestible and actionable. I've taken other courses with her and she never disappoints. This is a basic course and although I've been using Win 10 for a while, I learned about additional valuable features. If this had delved a lot deeper, then I would have given it 5 stars, but then it would have been targeted at a different audience.
