Are you bored of lengthy, feature-based product training? Do you believe that learning something new should be exciting and fun? I do! That's why I left my career at Microsoft to create a new type of learning experience where the focus is on the value - not the features. I'm passionate about technology and storytelling, and I thrive to share my experiences of how technology can effectively be used to work smarter - in a more engaging way. I'm the founder of two companies - Business Productivity and Storyals, the mother of three, Swedish and live in Dubai.

Starts of as a long promotion of O365. Basically just a really long commercial. Later it gives some misinformation about availability of certain applications but also fails to mention that some features are not available in the web application or if you don't use a licensed version. For example using Teams, where you can not collaborate with other people outside the company that do not have their own licensed Microsoft Accounts or are not activated as partners through administration. Overall the entire training is very focused on businesses that evolve around "meetings" and "design", if you work in a section that is less focused around these topics the training will not be very helpful. There are some useful hints here and there on how to use different applications, but if your work-life doesn't revolve in having meetings all day or holding presentations. This guide will not be very helpful to you.

This class is phenomenal. A creative and very easy to follow delivery of the lessons. It teaches everything about Office 365 and shows (not tells) how it's used in a real-world way to create a smooth workflow. Wonderful teacher, I'm enjoying it and learning so much.

It's a useful overview. I took this course as part of an IBM Skillsbuild course, and I don't currently have Office 365 with a corporate account, so I couldn't practice some of these things. I do think it will be useful to review when I do.

Loved the story-telling aspect to show how to effectively use the tools on Office 365 in both the home and workplace, singly or at the same time. Lots of good information here. I may "Favorite" this course to watch it again, I know I must have missed some good things to use in my day to day life.

Excellent! Unfortunately, this course did not include English subtitles for Deaf learners to read and understand. However, I used Chrome browser accessibility options to enable closed captions but this live captions are not 100% accurate. Preferably use your own subtitles to be added to courses. Thank you for your awesome course!

This is a great course to take and the instructor is awesome. Took one of her other classes in the past. The class is definitely necessary in today's working climate. However, it moved very fast and I was overwhelmed, mainly during the discussion of Teams. Also, I get the fact that 365 is capable of handling many situations, but there are far too many options and choices - like a maze. It is definitely a hands-on program and is very hard to follow along without trying the programs yourself. I will probably take the class again. Thought-What ever happened to picking up the phone and calling people to discuss matters? Just saying. Anyhow, I totally recommend this class. Thank you.

English is not my native language - therefore it's always important for me, that the trainer speaks clearly and has no diffiucult accent. Ulrika Hedlund's language is crystal clear and understandable. The way the content is presented is really cool - story based tutorials rock!

Very good class and full of useful information and tip. Well, there are a lot to learn which I might need to reattend again in the future due to sometimes I found it go too fast. It might be good it the trainer can provide print out script, so I can read and review later.

It was helpful because I will be using Office 365 and this gives a great baseline for how Office 365 will work in terms of what you can do with it. If anything this should be a tutorial that comes with it that way new users will know more about how to use the tools that they have just purchased.

Good material to boost average knowledge of Office products. I never used half the features mentioned, but will likely use more now that I know they exist. I counted off stars because the quizzes could have been longer than 2 questions. I feel there was enough information presented in each section to have at least 5 questions each.
