Explaining how to form questions for each section is incredibly valuable. Also, how each process has its limitation & to use findings from them, and then use those for the following step process is explained very well. I would like to know more details for data processing techniques and analysis breakdown with examples. Thanks a lot for the wonderful effort to put it in section-wise videos.

I like how you shared your own experiences, lessons learned and further knowledge. One thing that I think can be improved showing a powerpoint presentation where the topics and details are listed. It could be displayed to the left/right of the video. But overall I find this really helpful. I'm excited to apply this to future projects.

Thanks for the detailed course - it's a wonderful start into the area of user research. I have a suggestion - instead of having the camera on the instructor at all times, it would be nice to have some graphic illustrations or pointers listed (bullet points) on slides for better absorption of the information, especially for lectures on biases, what to measure and similar ones which contain a lot of things to remember. So while the audio could be kept on continuously, the video could shift from showing the camera relay to these slides in between.. I think the (slow) back and forth shift can be refreshing too.

all the insights are so useful and informative. the languages and examples are easy to be understood. explanations are also very clear. however the instructor's expressions are too flat. if you can be more expressive i think students will be more easy to focus and grasp what you are trying to communicate. overall, thank you for the great knowledges!

This was a good crash course for the time I had to spend on it. His explanations were straight forward and thoughtful. I would say that it would be nice to have more interactive examples or quizzes, but that might be more of a flaw with Udemy as a platform than with the course itself.

This course is very good for amateurs and guys with medium level to improve their knowledge or keep it in mind. Something to improve could be more live samples, as a user I'd prefer to see samples as I listen instead or just see somebody talking. But at the end this was very helpful and good explained. Another improvement is how captions are translated, it has error rate.

I'm desperate to get out of hospitality. I am able to watch these videos and take these quizzes when I'm not attending to guests. It make it easy for me to have a productive day instead of feeling bad that I cannot get a job in my area of study - computer science

Eu gostei bastante do curso, para mim, que sou um aprendiz de UX Design foi bem útil, dando dicas valiosas para realizar testes de usabilidade e para realizar pesquisas voltadas para experiência do usuário. O curso é rápido, o instrutor utiliza uma linguagem fácil de compreender e agradável, mesmo eu não sendo tão bom no inglês consegui entender o suficiente para entender o processo. Para melhorar o este curso eu acho que deveria ter mais vídeos do instrutor mostrando na prática como ele realiza esses testes de usabilidade e essas pesquisas. Uma outra dica dica que dou não ao instrutor, mas sim à UDEMY, é ter uma equipe voltada só para criar legendas em outros idiomas, ou ao menos legendas oficiais no idioma de cada curso, tenho certeza que assim vocês vão conseguir vender cursos em vários países cujo a linguá oficial não seja o inglês. A legenda automática contém muitos erros, e uma legenda oficial e ajudar no aprendizado.

It was very useful to me, because i am a beginner in this profession. I liked the power point section at the beginning (maybe i can imagine more, to help memorizing infos). In addition i would be happy to hear about more tools for UX research especially softwares available. The porfolio section was also extremely useful! I appreciated the "for example" phrases they cleared the information (eg. error rate). Thank you very much!

Instructor has experience and he is well educated. The course is comprehensive. But it is uniform and the only instructor is shown through the courses. anyway if you don`t have knowledge Ux research and ux test it is good to start. You will also need some internet search for comprehensive understandig (actually i needed)
