I think it's a very complete and clear course to start approaching to the FMEA. I think that maybe it will be worth having the ranges to evaluate the RPN number.

Excellent content- and helpful to see the FMEA completed. I DO think this would've saved some time by not having to watch the boxes be filled. I found myself losing interest watching the typing go into the fields.

Good framework. Listing of a failure mode for each process step was unnecessarily long - skip to the end with ones prepared earlier.

So far so good. Nice basic intro. A few words about what/why the RPN is calculated would be good or at least a statement that it is going to be addressed later.

Well put together and I really liked the practical aspect to the course. I do feel that another example could be used in the case of engineering, designing and manufacturing. Which would help give examples of who in depth the first FMEA would be and how many more times it would typically be revisited.
