I enjoyed the way the information was layed out , specifically the questions were very helpful in keeping up with the training and ensuring i was absorbing the information. My only critique was the volume of your voice ;) you have a lovely voice but are soft spoken so it would help if you spoke up a little but this is a wonderful training class and I'm so glad i took it!

Everything was great, but in the video where all the basics are explained, it was super low in volume even at maximum PC volume.

While some of the questions are similar to the actual exam, the creator made all of the answers the first choice instead of randomizing it which is pretty disappointing.
