All in all this was a good introduction to the Lomi Lomi massage basic techniques.
The teacher is very sympathetic and explains in an easy to understand way. There is download material and a Facebook-group for further learning together.
Escpecially for students who are new to spa business the additional informations about anatomy, how to improve your business, health care for the practioner, recommended music and all the details that make a spa experience etc. are very useful.
There are many bonus information i.e. essential oils, chairmassage etc.
For myself I would have rather heard aboutt he Lomi Lomi philosophie, the background/origins and so on.
Also I missed advanced techniques/strokes as well as the technique for breast, stomache and stretching even the teacher, Mark, himself does not like to use them on his clients.
Well, I think it was a nice introduction and Marks "dance" on his client is a great start for anyone who wants to get into Lomi Lomi. Maybe Mark will show some advanced techniques soon? ;-)
