I thought the material was relevant and can be applied to each individual training session. The delivery of the course was easy to understand and the methods used were informative. Her personal delivery was pleasant and encouraging to follow. I learned some constructive tips, and actually enjoyed the sessions.

Jacqueline is great! She makes it easy to understand, she has real practical industry knowledge and she stuctures the course well. The templates are handy when it comes to planning & designing training programs. Not everything may be relevant, but it's great that she over provides instead of under provides. Well done!

As a trainer for our production employees within a manufacturing facility, this training has provided me with additional ways to engage our employees during training sessions and become more effective as a trainer. Thank you for taking the time to prepare this presentation and I'm looking forward to other presentations from you moving forward!

I love the the instructor's speaking rate, enunciation, and pronunciation. I also really liked all the templates and informative documents and the mnemonic devices used to present some of the terms.

Very informative with all the material provided and speaking tone. I was engaged and learned new perspectives I didn't consider before. The bonus lecture -- make sure you listen. There are some great tips that could be overlooked. I am very happy with this purchase.

I knew the majority of the material covered from previous experience. I think for a new trainer who may not have as much experience this would be a very helpful class. I am also creating training in the Information Technology industry so some of the safety and governmental requirements did not apply to me. That being said the instructor was knowledgeable and had a good delivery style.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was a good introduction for beginners and a refresher for those in the training industry. The practical elements and practice activities helped to consolidate all learnings, which is always helpful.

This course is suited for L&D professionals who would like to start of as trainers and need a basic overview of the entire process. The templates and the other content provided are very helpful and can be used in our day to day activities in planning for training sessions as a trainer.

Health and safety doesn't apply for a training designed for an internal client (within the same corporation). Australian benchmark templates might not apply to other countries. But some other parts of the training were useful and I definitely learned something new. Thank you!
