Introduction to 3D Modeling with Nomad Sculpt (Udemy.com)

Great introduction to sculpting on NomadSculpt. The instructor delivers on what is promised and the downloadable resource is very useful (a custom light map for Nomad Sculpt). I gladly await more courses on modeling in Nomad Sculpt from this instructor.

This course got me up to speed, brilliantly, with Nomad. Now I have digital sculpting on an iPad this is definitely where I’ll stay for personal projects. Dave’s delivery, calm, measured and informative got me from a standing start to playing with the app without fear. I’m going to do some stuff myself but I’ve just gone and ordered the Wolverine tutorial sight unseen because this beginners course proved his teaching style just works. Thanks Dave

This happens with software, between being on a different OS (Android) and most likely a newer version, the interfaces do not match 1 to 1. Ironically his looks way more logical in it's layout, so it kind of sucks to have to scroll through side bars to find the right tool/setting. Other than that, it was... OK. I mean I completed it, made the model, colored it, etc. But it seemed I has having to fight the program WAY MORE than he was and I have no idea why.

Pretty great course. I'm going to be taking his intermediate ones as well. My only criticism is tripped me up when there were details on the model not applied till later in the course. Should be an easy video edit on his end, or possibly just reshoot a video or two. All in all though, I'd recommend it.

The explanations of the tools are definitely helpful and well presented. I also think the method of making a small project with the functions is great. The end was a bit confusing, with a lot of jumping back and forth. As I participated at the same time, there were some parts that I had to look at twice.

Such a fun and amazing course! It was so easy to follow, fun to watch, voice was so clear and soothing and pleasant to listen to, and Dave did such a good job explaining all the details and things we might need!! I’m really so impressed with this course. I have ADHD and it’s so hard for me to focus and finish courses but I did this in a few days and it didnt even feel like I was learning. Just felt like fun :) THANKS DAVE!!

great course, perfect length and has really helped me get into nomad. I had only tried sculpting once before taking this lesson and I was nothing but lost, with this course I have now gained a greater understanding on how to use nomad and how to sculpt; Looking forward to doing the more advanced lessons next.

Hace unos meses compre Nomad Sculpt ya que me interesaba aprender a modelar en 3D, pero se me hizo algo complejo y no entendía muy bien por donde empezar. Busque tutoriales en todo internet para poder aprender y no lograba encontrar, hasta que llegue a este curso de Udemy, y FUE EXCELENTE!! Estoy muy contento con todo lo que aprendí, además de que fue super rápido y entretenido, sin duda una GRAN CLASE.

I love how calmly he explains the process and help you to get a nice finished model by the end of the course. You are free to customize it along the way. I only would love to see lot of other settings explained, but this is a great tutorial to get you started! Love it, and a great artist
