Very much a surface-level introduction to the topic

I was interested in learning about integrating L&D as part of my current Operations role as well as understanding opportunities and skillsets for a role in an L&D department. This course was very comprehensive with a lot of helpful information and resources. The material was well laid out, and Irina is a very good presenter. Irina is also very responsive to questions and comments.
