I love this course and the sensei. The speed and the attitude are very right for me. Enough of explanations but not too much. I definitely recommend it if you already know a bit about software development. A lot of different app examples, that was also useful for me.

I would love to give this 5 stars, but I feel its missing a lot of context in the Objective C side. Doesn't explain much in why stuff is written a certain way. Over all, once you follow along, you can pick up what does what, but I don't know why I am doing it half the time.

So far, seems to cover a wide array of subjects. I am a developer in Swift for the past 4 years and this ObjC section is extremely helpful for me to pick up the basics of it while already knowing Swift and Cocoa very well.

The exercises are solid for engraining certain key/common tasks into memory. One criticism, however, is that a number of concepts are glossed over and not explained. It's good enough to create basic apps if one is okay with ignoring the questions about what's happening behind the scenes but lacking when one wants to have a firm grasp of the foundation upon which he is developing.

I am an amateur developer who has tinkered with Xcode and iOS development for a couple of years. Geeky Lemon Developments Tutorials are hands down the best and most practical courses I’ve ever used. Please keep them coming.

Aaron is great and really enthusiastic all the way through the course. This course is great for referencing and breaks down larger app features to "mini apps" like a camera app that deals with taking and saving photos. While this is small if you use several mini apps the you will create you will have a powerful featured app.

I thought this course would never end. I guess I am a precisionist, it halls me to learn from someone who has such A loose grasp on language, English and swift. Let does not define variables. Why doesn’t he ever use case statements instead of endless strings of block copied code. His code wastes cpu resource like crazy. I would have thought by the time he learned so much about iOS he would have developed some sense of code elegance.

So far, I’m learning more from this course than from any book I’ve read. I’ve been searching everywhere for something understandable. I was giving up on my dream of becoming proficient in programming until I discovered this course. I’m so glad I discovered it!

I have done a few other IOS courses but this is by far the one I am learning the most from. I have been jumping around as I already have the basics but Aaron has helped me move faster in the 5 days I've had the course than 3 months on some of the others. I love his simplicity and clarity.
