Excellent pace to understand

it provides a really clear and basic explanation of Java programming language, which is so helpful and easy to learn for java beginners.

Sehr genaue Erklärung, perfekter Einstieg, wenn man ohne Vorwissen anfängt.

Good, very well explained and easy to follow. Maybe a bit more thorough on the last OOP chapter would be good as the tempo speeds up once you reach that part, which is more difficult to grasp than the rest!

This course is very good for someone who wants to learn Java. Before I did not understand any terms of Java or how to use it. It was important for me to learn it as I'm currently struggling at my university in Java. This course has given me enough confidence to take on Java. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn Java. Some terms that I didn't understand were also explained in the same video it was introduced. Amazing course.

The instructor does a really good job of explaining various concepts in a very simplistic straightforward manner.

While I am not new to programming, I am relatively new to Java. Many of these lessons, while simple, provided me very expanded information on the topics I already understood, as well as introduced me to some of the concepts that I had not yet been introduced to. Very well done overall, and I would recommend to those who are new to programming or new to Java alike.

This is exactly what I needed from a programming course. When he says it is for absolute beginners, he really means it. My dad does graphic design (specifically website design) and knows a lot about computer science and programming, and I always wanted to learn that stuff. This was the perfect place to do that. As the course progresses, it has exercises that force you to rewatch something if you didn't understand it the first time, and then see how that thing can be applied to a real world program. He has great examples, and does a good job of not just speaking in technical jargon the whole time, unless he has gone over what the term means. He does go slightly past what some people would consider basic/intro java, but not without explaining it thoroughly. He really does build your knowledge from the very bottom up, leaving no gaps or holes in what he says. Then, at the end of the course, he points you to free ebooks and resources that pick up right where he left off. I seriously recommend ignoring the reviews saying that it goes too slow, because in order to learn something you need to actually learn it, not just briefly touch on it. I also recommend ignoring the reviews saying that he goes too fast and just talks nonsense that normal people can't understand, because they just don't pay enough attention to remember what those words mean. If you want to work, and actually learn java, rather than just putting it in your short term memory, I HIGHLY recommend this course.

It get more challenge, coding more complex but that expected. Still planning to complete this course.

This makes more sense than the way I'm learning in college

So far it is very easy to follow for a person who has absolutley zero codeing/scripting experience.

Some parts are explained twice and it became a bit frustrating.
