It finishes with pipelines, both scripted and declarative. The audience is people who know the software lifecycle but have never run a CI server. About 36,000 students have enrolled.
Most reviewers like the teaching. They describe it as step by step and easy to follow, one says the pace is right, and one beginner singles out the pipeline demos. The complaints are about age. The course was last updated in November 2018, and reviewers say the Jenkins screens look different now, email sending and the pipeline examples throw errors, and Mac users get no install steps. I must say it was incredibly well-explained. The material was detailed enough to give a solid understanding of the topic without being overwhelming. The pace of the training was also great—fast enough to keep things engaging but slow enough to ensure that key points were fully understood. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I feel much more confident in my knowledge now.

Excellent course. Also the latest sonarqube, it supports java 11 and the command from maven build will be "clean test sonar:sonar -Dsonar.login=admin -Dsonar.password= ".

Very good overview - except for Mac users. Had to google a lot to set up the configurations, especially to give the plugins mac security access to the folders, or to get around SonarQube's (A)admin (case sensitive) username login for maven jobs. I ended up putting the username/password on the pom.xml properties tag, which doesn't seem safe. Also note: The verbal popping at the end of some of his sentences that end with 't' is totally distracting. Took a few sessions to adjust to it.

At the first stage it was shown that master and slave pattern. but not shown in anywhere of the training.Was expecting more of the pipeline scripts. the videos done are available on free sites. We expect something advanced and better here those are not available in youtube. Needs to be done better.
