This course has a really interesting topics, but the projects that we need to download has a lot of problems to compile, so we lost a lot of time to solve this types of problems. In addition, would be great if the teacher could add pdf with the information that we are seeing on the classes in this way we could reduce the time to take notes and learn more. But apart of that this course has a really good content.

Thorough, great explanation, good for intermediate learners. Doesn't waste your time like some of the other Courses i've watched with repetitive content. It is dense though, but if you're new to Android development but not to other languages and frameworks this is a good intermediate course to jump right in!

By Mutlu Halil ERİŞEN on 8/5/2023

A lot of effort has been put into this course, discussing advanced level topics. However, the course is not up-to-date. It's a total of 37 hours, and the accent becomes quite bothersome after a while. There are only 2-3 sections on Jetpack Compose. If you're considering taking a new course, I recommend looking into other options. I'm giving 3 points just for the effort and time invested.

I was searching for an Android course and then came across this course one day. I tried this but truly surprised with the content and the explanation. It's fully packed up with knowledge right from basic to advanced levels. My humble thanks to the instructor to his great efforts. I strongly recommend this course especially for beginners!! Expecting more content from this in future.

Good course content. Anushka Madusanka is good instructor he explains the concept of coding in detail with technical details. Thanks Anushka Madusanka well done and keep course content updated. In this course you can add two more chapters of runtime permission and Relay plugin how it can be used with figma and android studio to convert the wireframe into jetpack composable and layout xml too without writing single line of code thanks.

Great Course. I learned a lot. I always wanted to learn Modern Android Development. I've been an Android Developer for 3 years now, but I only knew java and old Android App Development. I wanted to learn Kotlin and MAD (Modern Android Development). This course was perfect for me as it has both Java and Kotlin lessons for MAD. Thank you. Can't wait for future lessons!

A really nice overview of the Android Jetpack. I learned a lot!! And the instructor is really helpful, thanks! Only one recommendation: It would be much easier to use github and to pull the code from different branches than to download the source code from the resources as a .zip file.

The course is very good and complete, covering the key points of each of the dependencies covered and teaching students how to use these dependencies following good programming practices. I think it would be interesting, at least for me, a section talking about Android Security, DataStore & SharedPreferences, as well as Jetpack Compose, being able to incorporate Data / View Binding in this last section. This is my feedback! In the future, I would also like to see a Flutter course following his approach, I would definitely buy. 4.5 for now, but I'm sure I will end up giving 5 stars in the future. Keep the good content, Anushka! :D

By Arpan Sircar on 4/17/2021

This is indeed a comprehensive course. The course author has perfectly combined the Jetpack components and mixed them brilliantly to provide the students with a comfortable roadmap consisting projects as well! In fact, this roadmap can greatly help newbie Android developers to advance on to the next level in their career. I loved Anushka's thorough explanation of each topic. His explanation has greatly helped me to understand each of these topics properly. Something that has bothered and helped me simultaneously is his narration. The narration sometimes feels quite slow. However, at other times, this narration helped me to understand the topic better. The only complaint that I have is Anushka's preference of spaces over tabs haha. I mean two of those tabs could do the work of 6 spaces. All-in-all, going through this course was a beautiful journey.

I rated it as 5 star bcoz it is 5 start ! First i Rated it 4 but after almost completing sections of Kotlin I will rate it 5, Things that are best and should be continued: 1 Updating Lesson with new things 2 Replying to all queries ASAP 3 Always tells about best practices and a bit deep knowledge about topic which helps new people like me
