LangChain Mastery: Build GenAI Apps with LangChain &Pinecone (Udemy.com)

I'm sure this was a good course at one point - but the LangChain library has changed drastically, and much of the instructor's code does not run in the current version of LangChain. I stopped the course around the introduction of sequential chains, when I wasn't sure I could even look up and substitute new sub-library locations to get equivalent functions anymore.

I'm enjoying the content being taught within the course. However, I'm noticing that a lot of the langchain functionality discussed so far is not supported in python 3.14 yet, and a chunk of the modules are simply not being found

The world is abuzz with AI and i also wanted to get my feet wet in this journey. I am a decent python programmer but had no idea about LangChain. I have seen a few You tube videos about LangChain but could not find any end to end complete course. This was my first LangChain course and Andrei did a very good job in explaining the details. He teaches the concepts from ground up and by the end you have a good understanding about the topic. I am thankful to Andrei for explaining the concepts in detail. Only critique of this course i have is the annoying "deprecated" warning that you get when you run the code provided by him. Towards the end of the Projects section he has mentioned the change in import statements that you have to make, so keep a note of the change in the import statements. Instructor should have specified the version of the modules in the requirements.txt file so that we would not have run into the "deprecated" warning issue (The code still works, this is just a warning message). Still, this is a 5 star course as it should be in anyone's LangChain journey.

This is my 4th course that I am doing on lang chain, and I must say this is awesome. I have had best experience learning from this course, and the projects are really awesome. I am really learning something very useful, and learning from this course is very good valued add. This course builds progressively, with basics, and then moves on to advanced topics. Andrei's teaching style perfectly matches the way I like to learn, he both explains and demonstrates, and he does not edit out bugs in the videos as learning opportunities as well. This course gave me the perfect overview over LangChain to start my own projects, even navigating the rather turbulent changes along the versions. I will certainly look for other courses Andrei teaches on Udemy.

Wow! I was a little thrown off by the accent at the beginning but wow ... the content is amazing!! He is definitely one of the top 3 at Udemy on the given topic. Learned a lot. In fact, if there was a way to give him six stars I would. Esp, with the Python & Streamlit basics included make the tutorial complete for people like me who come from a Next.js/TypeScript background. Thanx very much Andrei ... keep up the awesome work!!

Easy to understand. It's of the right length (less than 10 hours) and got me up to speed with using LangChain with PineCone, OpenAI & Streamlit, as promised. It took me about 2 weeks of watching at 2x speed and then re-watching again at regular speed and typing line-by-line on a daily basis to develop my muscle memory (discipline/scheduling is important here).

Of all the dozens and dozens of unfinished Udemy courses, I actually finished this one, because it's so good! It's of the right length (less than 10 hours) and got me up to speed with using LangChain with PineCone, OpenAI & Streamlit, as promised. It took me about 2 weeks of watching at 2x speed and then re-watching again at regular speed and typing line-by-line on a daily basis to develop my muscle memory (discipline/scheduling is important here). Andrei did an excellent job with the delivery with all the necessary tools and resources. Were there frustrations with the code not running and so forth?? Certainly! But that's part of programming and developing one's debugging skills. Searching through the Q&A section also helped. Highly recommended! And I look forward to more future courses from Andrei!

Intriguing and stimulating course. The teacher is always clear and engaging in explanations, always ready and supportive in solving problems. The course is comprehensive and well-structured. For a beginner like me, it's quite easy to understand. I have learned many new and useful concepts so far.

Andrei put together a great course to build your next generation application. The example with GDPR is a hot topic in EU so it was well chosen and you can feed your new program with whatever docs you need to learn and become an expert, no matter the language is used. It's mindblowing!
